Conditions of Acceptance:
1. All entrants, owners, drivers and passengers enter and participate in the Rally solely at their own risk. In consideration of my entry, I acknowledge that the organisers, promoters and sponsors of the rally, their agents and employees, accept no liability for any loss, damage or injury suffered by or to any person or property whatsoever and I hereby agree to indemnify and save harmless, the organisers, promoters and sponsors of this rally, their agents and employees from all actions, suits, claim proceedings or demands whatsoever arising out of the entrant participation in the 21st National Rally.
2. I agree to support any Rally sponsors by allowing my vehicle to be used for promotional purposes, in any reasonable manner negotiated by the Morris Register of Queensland Inc with those sponsors.
3. I undertake that my vehicle will not be driven in the Rally unless that vehicle is legally entitled to be driven on public roads in Queensland. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to determine my vehicle’s eligibility for this purpose.
