Introduction
It is intriguing that Jesus Himself says, “I am the bright and morning star” (Rev. 22:16)
Introduction
It would seem that God wants to set the record straight about who
is the “Morning Star.”
IntroductionAnd since God is the God who
created time … He knew that there would be some that would
try to cloud the issue of the identity of the “Morning Star.”
Introduction
It is the morning star (Venus) that heralds the coming of a new day.
Introduction
When all the stars of night are dimming, the morning star stands bright and heralds the coming of
a brand new day.
Introduction
Likewise, Christ came as the Morning Star to bring a new day
of light and forgiveness in a world of darkness.
Lucifer is called the … “son of the morning” … and he
desired to be … “above the stars of God …” the Morning

Isa 14:12 How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of
the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the
nations!
Isa 14:13 For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of
God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north:
Eze 28:13 Thou hast been in Eden the
garden of God; every precious stone was thy

Only when the … day star … arises in your hearts can the
black of night (sin) be driven into obscurity!
