Background

In May 2014, a high-level informant tied to the US Department of Justicecame to us (Veterans Today) with a story. He said that Germany has adecades-long secret protocol with Israel whereby Germany funds weaponsresearch and production for Israel and supplies that nation with

submarines specially configured for launching nuclear cruise missiles, andIsrael, in return, gives Germany nuclear weapons.

At the time, the "why" of Germany, a NATO power, wanting nuclear weaponswasn't clear. There had to be more to the story, much more, and there was.

What was brought forward was a bizarre tale of Europe's strongest "liberaldemocracy" being something quite different: a nation ruled by a shadowgovernment, infiltrated by "holdovers" from Nazi Germany, and sworn to bringdown the "corrupt West and its effete democracies".

The issues holding the world's attention this week involve not only thenuclear settlement with Iran but Russia's agreement to provide Iran with a"game-changing" S-300 air defence system. One glaring inconsistency thathas been brought to the forefront is Israel's nuclear program and why it is notsubject to sanctions.

What if Israel's nuclear program weren't entirely its own? What if someoneelse was responsible, not simply the French who supplied the technology butanother nationor, rather, a highly dangerous rogue intelligence agency, asurvivor of the conflicts and machinations of the 1930s and 1940s?

In a strange turn of events, a mysterious, even mythical, organisation calledthe DVDsomething right out of a James Bond novelpopped to thesurface. Anyone who speaks of the DVD is either ostracised as insane or endsup in prison or dead. We have decided, out of necessity, to take that risk andattempt to give context to our findings.

The Mysterious Article Yesterday [2 May], Veterans Today received an article published recently in

Die Welt [14 April 2015], written by Colonel Hans Rhle, former Head ofPlanning for Germany's Federal Ministry of Defence. It was forwarded to usby a former International Atomic Energy Agency investigator, a nuclearphysicist. What it had to say was both startling and wrought with dramaticimplications. The title of the article, published in German, is "HatDeutschland Israels Atomwaffen finanziert?" ("Has Germany Financed Israel'sNuclear Weapons?").

Such a detailed and gripping expos, written by a retired high-levelGermanNATO official, one not only proving Israel's elusive nuclear programto exist but outlining broad criminal complicity by the German government,should have resounded around the world. Instead, it was immediatelyforgotten, never translated into English and never cited by anyone, including

and especially those whose job it is to enforce nuclearnon-proliferation treaties. The article is, in fact, a broadconfession of German government complicity in a bizarreand sinister plot of epic proportions.

The Israeli ResponseAlmost immediately after Die Welt published Colonel

Rhles article, the Israeli newspaper Haaretz publishedwhat we believe to be a response, an attempt to "spin" avery dangerous disclosure into an area that could be"contained". Its article [of 15 April] is titled "How Israel'sDimona nuclear reactor was concealed from the U.S.".

Israel's nuclear program wastotally exposed in 1986 byMordechai Vanunu, laterkidnapped and returned to Israelwhere he was held in solitaryconfinement for 18 years. TheHaaretz story was hastilypublished, an empty andmeaningless endeavour becausethe article exposing theGermanIsraeli nuclear nexus issomething far more thanGermany's arming of Israel outof "war guilt". Something verynasty is going on.

Michael Shrimpton Earlier this year, a British intelligence analyst, barrister

and author named Michael Shrimpton was sentenced to[one year in] prison. He was convicted of informing theBritish government that a nuclear weapon smuggledfrom Bremerhaven, Germany, was strategically placedwithin blast range of the Olympic Stadium outsideLondon during the 2012 Games.

Shrimpton claimed in open court that a German

organisation known as the Deutsche VerteidigungsDienst [German Defence Service] or DVD, a Nazi"holdover" from World War II with "franchises" aroundthe world, was responsible.

Shrimpton was sent for psychiatric examination,pilloried in the press and clearly railroaded into prisonon what can only be considered a bizarre "trumped-up"charge. He was convicted on the basis of having madethe threat himself. Thus, the author of Spyhunter and anNSA "asset" sits in a prison cell, silenced, allowed novisitors, no phone calls, no correspondence and nopublishing privileges.

Shrimpton claims that he was"railroaded" because he hadexposed the DVD, the Naziterror group which he says runsGermany but also runs theUnited States through the Bushfamily.

Christopher StoryIn 2010, Christopher Story,

known to many as EdwardHarle, died mysteriously. Manyintelligence insiders believethat Story was murdered by the

DVD. From Wikipedia:"Christopher Edward Harle Story FRSA (1938 14 July

2010) was a British writer, publisher and governmentadviser specialising in intelligence and economic affairs,who is perhaps best known for his collaboration withKGB defector Anatoliy Golitsyn on the 1995 book ThePerestroika Deception.

"Christopher Story, the son of Colonel Henry HarleStory MC of the Cameronians, was educated at EtonCollege and Christ Church, Oxford, and then worked asan industrial writer in Canada. In 1963, he formed his

own publishing company specialisingin intelligence and founded 'WorldReports Limited' that year.

"Since 1970, Story edited andpublished International Currency Review,which has included the World Bank,the Federal Reserve, and the Bank ofEngland amongst its subscribers.Story became an economic adviser toPrime Minister Margaret Thatcher,and in 1991, a year after herresignation, he published SovietAnalyst due to his continuedscepticism about Mikhail Gorbachev,perestroika and the official version ofevents in the Soviet Union. associate of my good friend Lee Wanta, was an agent ofBritain's secret services, something not included in hisofficial biography but true nonetheless. Story, arespected lecturer on global currency issues andintelligence, told of an organisation formed during thelate 1920s of a coalition between the Bush family in theUS, then part of the HarrimanRothschild banking cartelof New YorkCity of London, and the "Hitler Project", soaptly written about by Webster G. Tarpley [and AntonChaitkin in their 1992 book George Bush: The UnauthorizedBiography].

According to Story, this group which controlled theFederal Reserve in the United States and the majority ofthe world's central banks served anagenda of world conquest, both overtand covert. Story cited Hitler as a"puppet" of the organisation thatwould later be called the DVD. BritishPrime Minister Edward Heath was aDVD operative, as was Prime MinisterTony Blair and as were a significantnumber of high-ranking Britishpoliticians.

The DVDs Paedophile SignaturePaedophile rings in Britain and the

United States have been brought tolight, such as with theWestminster scandal and theFranklin scandal, which ties anational child-trafficking ring tothe Bush family, dozens ofprominent American legislatorsand major corporate leaders.

It was in the decade of the1980s when the scope of theproblemthe infiltration of thehighest levels of governments,particularly NATO nations, bylarge-scale organised paedophileringscame to light. The Bush family and the DVD werebrought to light by Texas-based journalist and academicDr Tom Philpott. His 1981 documentary Boys For Sale[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XWY8T3ujxNw]traces regional child exploitation rings to the highestlevels of US government and the centre of what otherinformants tell us is the DVD. Dr Philpott's film istermed "The Forgotten Documentary".

Lee WantaLee Wanta, a long-time friend, was a close confidant of

President Ronald Reagan and served as White Houseintelligence coordinator. In Marilyn MacGruderBarnewall's 2013 biography Wanta! Black Swan, White Hat,he tells of his colourful career in counterintelligence andglobal finance. Wanta also tells of the open war inWashington at that time between those supporting

President Reagan and those allied with a European-based group headquartered in the city of Dachau, justnorth of Munich: the DVD. According to Wanta, the DVDdated back to well before World War II and involved theBush family and other American "conservatives" whowere allied with the Rothschild-owned Federal ReserveSystem.

While working for Reagan, Wanta accumulated amassive multitrillion-dollar fund intended to endFederal Reserve control of the US, pay off all debts andrestore America's infrastructure. While he was inSwitzerland under diplomatic cover, investigating DVDoperations chief Hans Brand, also known as "Marc Rich",

a long-time confidant of [President]Bill Clinton, Wanta was kidnapped andimprisoned. Later, Wanta was"extradited" to the State of Wisconsinwhere he was sentenced to 22 years inprison for "tax evasion", a charge nowadmittedly fraudulent, almosthumorously so.

The funds held in trust in accordancewith the ReaganWantaMitterrandProtocol were looted by DVDoperatives working with the Bushfamily while Wanta was imprisoned.While the courts have ordered the

Wanta funds restored, key DVDfronts have petitioned the courtsto act as "trustee" to minimise theimpact on "world affairs" with thismuch capital being placed in thehands of a single individual.

What Wanta does confirm is notonly the existence of the DVD butthat President Reagan saw it as avery real threat and also cited theDVD as fully complicit in the 1981assassination attempt on him bya Bush family friend, John

Hinckley, Jr.

9/11 ReduxAccording to Colonel Hans Rhle, identified as a

probable intelligence asset of an unknown organisation,Germany went through decades of deceptions includingfinancing what it claimed to be a desalination plantnowhere near a salinated body of water and a massive"textile" complex that never made a napkin. One was theDimona reactor, the other a weapons-grade plutoniumprocessing facility.

According to Rhle, this decades-long deception thathas brought the world to the brink of war time and timeagain was undertaken by Germany out of "war guilt". Likethe phony Haaretz story that followed the translation and"framing" of the Die Welt story, the claim of "war guilt" as amotive for Germany's building an illegal nuclear arsenal

for itself using Israel as a "straw man" lacks credibility.Germany, represented by Prescott S. Bush, Jr, and

Company (brother of President George H. W. Bush),operated a weapons-grade nuclear enrichment facility inSouth Africa as late as 2003 and was implicated in thesale of weapons-grade centrifuges to Libya. Their"agent", DVD operative Johan Meyer, was arrested inSouth Africa in 2004 but has disappeared.

In 2014, US Department of Energy documents from2003 were released, proving categorically that 9/11 was anuclear event. Subsequent leaks of investigation filesfrom the FBIAble Danger group establish not only aSaudiIsraeli operations group working out of Fort Lee,New Jersey, as directly tied to thedestruction of the triple towers butcites Israel and significant Bush familyoperatives as key to the planning of9/11.

As with the German motive of "warguilt", the motive for 9/11 is generallybelieved to be the oft-quoted Projectfor a New American Century's call for anew "Pearl Harbor" to justify anAmerican takeover of the Middle East.

As with the German "war guilt"motive, the "Pearl Harbor" motive isboth insubstantial and overlyconvenient. America could havebeen pushed to war with a carbombing or an assassination. Itwasn't necessary to stage 9/11,perhaps the most complexmilitary operation in history.

Few remember that thesupposed motive for "bin Laden"to have staged 9/11 was "distress"at the fact that American womenhad served in Saudi Arabia duringOperation Desert Storm and thattheir presence somehow defiledthe holy places of Islam.

Now we may well have another direction in which tolook. Was 9/11 revenge for the systematic murder of overone million Germans by the US between 1945 and 1947under the Morgenthau Plan? Was it simply slaughter forthe sake of slaughter, done on behalf of an organisationthat craves entropy and is sworn to serve evil?

Evil for Evils Sake? Many times journalist Benjamin Fulford and Michael

Shrimpton have come to me with evidence of themysterious organisation called the DVD. Both seem attimes almost fanatical in their opposition to somethingthat no one has heard of. Is it just them, or is suchfanaticism a natural response to endemic evil?

A cursory examination of available intelligence on theDVD shows it to deeply parallel the Council on Foreign

Relations. For years, intelligence organisations havestumbled over mysterious secret societies, cults, cabalsand cartels. In order to add a sense of unity andstructure, terms were developed such as KhazarianMafia, Bilderbergers, Illuminati, Black Nobility and manyothers including Dr Preston James's Secret ShadowGovernment.

What is known is that what we seeISIS and itsmagical unseen allies, a world of rigged elections,manipulated economies and leaderless "empty hat"governmentscannot exist without a DVD. We know itisn't about money; there is nothing left to buy.

Could or would a group exist only to dominate anddestroy? Is there some inherentreward in entropy alone? ConsiderBush or Blair; consider Cheney orNetanyahu. Is evil for evil's sake aloneso far-fetched?
