•What is the appeal to pathos?•The appeal to pathos is child abuse is wrong.• People are going to feel many emotions such as sypmpathy or anger for this little girl being abused.

•What do the words in the background do to the picture?•They tell the person looking at the picture how the girl truly feels on the inside. Not only are people leaving bruises on the outside but they are causing her depression, anger, anxiety, poor health, eating disorders, suicide, dissociation. Things that people wouldn’t normally notice.
