juvenile Diabetes CAMP
THEME:CARNIVAL/CIRCUS
The JD Camp, in partnership with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, has been running for over ten years. The Rotaract Club organizes the entire camp, and this requires your help. We will need help planning activities for the kids and their families, and fundraising for the camp itself. Get involved and get ready to have some FUN!

The committee will work with both JD Camp Coordinators ,Jacqueline and Jen. They will be required to assist with the planning, organizing and preparing for the Camp in March 2012.

This is just an early REMINDER of our yearly JD BAR NIGHT FUNDRAISER
Tickets are only 5$ All proceeds go towards JD CAMP
So come on out, bring your friends, and make your usual Bar night, MEAN SO MUCH MORE!

Interact Club of London
Mission Statement:
We are a team of youths dedicated to making a difference in the world through imaginative approaches.
We envision building strong communities by inspiring others through selfless acts.
Our core philosophy is helping others.
Background on INTERACT: Interact is a service club for
youth between the ages of 14 and 18. Clubs benefit from sponsorship by individual Rotary clubs, which provide support and guidance.
The name - "Interact" is a combination of the words “International” and “Action”.
The responsibilities of an Interact club include completing two community projects and one international project. Interact clubs have the freedom to run new and creative activities and events.

ASAP Tutoring program at Wilfrid Jury P.S., located at 950 Lawson Rd. You can choose when you want to volunteer and will be matched with
a teacher accordingly Orientation meeting: THURSDAY, OCTOBER 6 at 4PM at the school Meet at Alumni Hall bus stop (on Weldon parking lot side) at 3:25PM
to travel as a group on the 31 Orchard Park bus All volunteers MUST have a police check done; the cost is $10
Bring proof of identity and London address to the meeting as well as your payment (cash only)
