To whom it may concern, I have known Joshua Michael Moody for 2 years, since he started working as an EFL Teacher in the English Language Skills Department of the Preparatory Year at King Saud University, in Riyadh KSA. In that time, I have worked and observed Joshua as a classroom teacher and found him to be cooperative and focused on his job. He had excellent communication skills, and came across as friendly yet persuasive. He was highly motivated and was a self- starter. Joshua was academically sound. He was a good classroom teacher and he fully understood the needs of the students and the curriculum. He was effective when carrying out administrative tasks because he had a clear understanding of how even the smallest tasks affected the “learner experience”. Joshua is a confident person although often may seem a little shy. This humility is part of his character and it is makes him so endearing and likable. He is always prepared to take on new challenges and this can be seen in his need to continually improve in his chosen career. The program in which he worked in Saudi Arabia is very challenging and is constantly changing. There is a shortage of the right quantity and quality of competent EFL/ESL Teachers like Joshua. It was sad to hear that he was leaving us because he brought fresh new ideas and best practice strategies into our program. I am sure that your Institution will extremely benefit from Joshua’s talents and his positive impact on the people he works with. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any further questions. Regards,
