    The technical committee agreed to develop OCW courses in form of MOOCs. Starting with the four courses that have been identified. Lanuched on September 2014. For each course, develop five weeks (of course material and activities) for the pilot study

    All HEIs students are obligated to access the content of the OCW2MOOC KPM courses on the MOOC platform for teaching and learning purposes. The OCW2MOOC KPM course content is used for the flipped classroom techique in HEIs to support existing courses. The development of the content involves all HEIs towards making the course co-owned among the HEIs. For the long-term development of MOOCs, input from all HEIs coordinators are required to make the course a common course.

    The main components of the courses:

    Total learning hours via MOOC KPM and total activities

    Topics that cover 5 weeks of the course (does not have to be sequential). Topics that are covered will be set with course coordinators in each HEIs. Content followed by a case study (video) Each topic should be followed by an activity (e.g. self-evaluation quizzes and forums) Development of 2 hourse F2F content is equivalent to: i. Video (5-10min) 20 min SLT ii. 1 case study (scenario/case based)-

    30 min SLT iii. 1 discussion post /reflection 30

  • For the long-term, four course will be co-developed comprehensively by 20 HEIs. The long-term goal is to offer the complete four MOOC courses (full blown MOOC) Aimed in conducting teaching and learning via flipped classrooms and blended learning Offer flagship programs for HEIs for branding / visibility aims and introduce niche areas (for teasers)
