Ration Distribution Program – Ramzan

We have distributed over 300 Ration packs to the most needy and deserving of the poor this Ramzan, each pack was worth Rs 1450/- and contained 25kg Rice, 5 Kg Pulses, 5 kgs Oil. Total Funds Spent on Ration Distribution Rs 4.5 lacs.

Ayesha Parveen a young widow with 5 Girls – By the grace of almighty a lot of people came forward and donated for helping her – we have provided her with funds equivalent to take care of her needs for the next 6 months and have also listed her on the monthly widows support Program.

Md Attaullah the young man – who has lost his 3 vital limbs case was posted to you all and it also caught the attention of the media – recvd good response, we are in the process of purchasing the wheel chair and Prosthesis for him and shall be presenting this immediately after Ramzan.

A point worth mentioning - is that a significant part of the donations came from Non Muslims for Attaullah & secondly students of a primary school all aged below 12 yrs donated whatever they could after seeing the article ( see pic besides) thus reflecting true human value & love for fellow human in need.

Surgeries undertaken – July 13

Tahseen Fatima – 33 yrs is wife of poor Hafiz & Imam Saheb of a Madarees in Hyderabad & was operated for Gallstones unfortunately due to complications arising in surgery she has developed a condition called CholeChlotisias & requires a second surgery at Asian Institute of Gastroenterology costing Rs 1 lac. HHF has given her 50% of the cost of treatment

Javed Miya 38 yrs – a daily wage earner by profession with 3 small children has been diagnosed with Ano Rectal Stricture earlier suspected to be a case of Co rectal Carcinoma – however his biopsy is still not confirmed it yet , he is undergoing surgery at Vani Hospital for removal of Stricture costing Rs 60000 and HHF has already released the funds – Dr Wasif Ali Surgical Gastroenterologist is doing the surgery.

Md Yusuf 55 yrs sole bread winner for the family– legs had to be amputated due to gangrene formation in both his legs – the surgery was done by Dr GM Irfan at PDSH for Rs 14000/-

Emergency Cases taken up – July 13

This young Boy has been suffering from Chronic Skin Cirrhosis & when we examined this case, he was being treated with some local medicines, we have ref him to our Dermatologist and he is now under Aggressive Medical treatment.

A young boy from Mehboobnagar met with a Road accident and was shifted to OGH in Hyd – HHF supported this young man for all the medical expenses at OGH.

Baby of Salma – a pre term birth case weighed 600gm on delivery, he was on life support for 45 days at Muslim maternity hospital and later recovered – The family was not in a position to foot the large bill which came to Rs 85000 – HHF cleared the bill but the baby sadly expired 5 days after discharge.

Disabled Child Support – covers over 40 children with Spasticity, CP & Thalassemia Major cases – Monthly out flow Rs 50000/-

Disability Support for Bread winners – over 120 cases are registered and monthly Rs 95000/- is marked for this.

Young Widows & Orphans Support – Over 60 cases are registered and HHF gives Rents, Pensions, School Fees – Monthly out flow Rs 80000/-

Cancer & Kidney Support – covers all support for patients who are finding no means to bear the medical expenses for treatment. In CKD cases monthly allowance of Rs 3000 per patient and all medical emergencies are covered.
