Campus Public Safety responded to an academic building in regards to a student that was injured during a class. The student was transported via ambulance to a local hospital.

Campus Public Safety took a report of a stolen bicycle. There are no known suspects at this time.$54.00

Campus Public Safety issued a trespass warning to a non-student who was intoxicated while under the age of 21. Police also issued the non-student a citation for Minor in Possession of Alcohol-by consumption. The non student was released to a responsible party and taken off campus.

Campus Public Safety responded to a residence hall regarding a complaint of people being loud and vandalizing property. Four pumpkins werefound smashed. No suspects located.

Campus Public Safety responded to a request from police for welfare check on a student. Student was transported via ambulance to a local hospital for evaluation and treatment.

Campus Public Safety was notified of a work injury. The supervisor was notified and the appropriate paperwork was filled out.



256 Property Damage

Campus Public Safety received call from student regard a clogged toilet that had flooded a residence hall bathroom and leaked into the room below it. Facilities and Residence Life notified.

Campus Public Safety took report of a theft of a Pacific University Outback bicycle. Police did an area check but the bicycle was not located. In a follow up investigation a student found the bicycle unsecured and moved it to an area that was secure.

Campus Public Safety took report of University key to an academic building that became lost or stolen. The key was turned into the PIC and returned.

Campus Public Safety responded to a residential room for reports of the odor of marijuana. A marijuana pipe was seized from the student and anon-student was trespassed from the University. Case referred to the Conduct Review Committee.

Campus Public Safety was notified of an odor of marijuana in a residence hall. Two students and a non-student were contacted and a glass pipewas seized. The non-student was trespassed from University property. Case referred to the Conduct Review Committee.

Campus Public Safety found students in possession of marijuana on campus. Marijuana and a pipe were seized by CPS Officers and turned over to the Forest Grove Police. Students were referred to the Conduct Review Committee.

Campus Public Safety, Facilities and Residents Life conducted an eviction on a student in a residence hall. During the walk through of the areaCPS found weapons and drug violations as well as a multitude of property damage. Items were confiscated and the property damage documented. Case referred to the Conduct Review Committee.

Campus Public Safety saw a student no longer allowed in residential buildings enter a residential building. Police assisted CPS in attempting tolocate the student in the building but were unsuccessful. Information forwarded to the Conduct Review Committee for review.

Campus Public Safety responded to request from Washington County 911 assist medical, fire and police personnel with a reported overdose orpoisoning at a University residence hall. A student was transported via ambulance to a local hospital for evaluation and treatment of a suspected alcohol overdose.

Campus Public Safety saw a student no longer allowed in residential buildings , upon contact with student the student became aggressive andmade offensive physical contact with officer. FGPD was contacted for assistance. Student cited for harassment. Case referred to the Conduct Review Committee.

Campus Public Safety was notified regarding the hall lights not working on the second floor of a residence hall. An emergency exit light was found to be damaged.

Campus Public Safety was called by a Resident Assistant about a student who was intoxicated and having self-harm thoughts. Student was evaluated with assistance from the students’ friends and roommates.

Campus Public Safety took a report of damage to a University vehicle. The damage happen while on a University sanctioned trip. There wereno injuries.




Campus Public Safety witnessed a suspended student that has been trespassed from University property on said property. Suspended student was reminded of the trespass and the proper protocol for attaining authorization to be on campus. Case referred to the Conduct Review Committee.

Campus Public Safety was notified of property found by a staff member. The property was stolen from the day before. Case referred to the Police.
