Welcome to IGNITE!Fire. Sun. Light. Energy. Passion.
Metabolism. Action. Creativity. Clarity. Inspiration.
These are just some of the aspects of the fire element we are going to connect with through the IGNITE! Program. We are going to have a lot of fun delving into this material and enjoying the journey together. There is SO much to explore in this rich topic. I am very excited to help you harness your inner fire for optimal health, wellness, creativity and joy in Life. It is an honor and a pleasure to support you and and I look forward to this adventure together!

Program Structure
This program is designed to be potent, fun, easy, and manageable. My desire is for you to deeply connect and align with the energy of summer to both fully enjoy this season and also support your health, healing and transformation. Each week has a special focus that will help you open to, receive and access aspects of the fire element in your body, mind and spirit. Each week there is a guidebook you will receive the day of the call. You do not need to complete any portion of the guidebook prior to the call for that week. All you are asked to do is print out the guidebook and have it ready for the call. We will go through the guidebook together. During the week after our call, you have your IGNITE! Creativity Exercises to explore in your own space and time and the IGNITE! Tools and Practices will support you in embodying the focus for the week.
Our private Facebook forum provides a space for
community, support, sharing and inspiration. This is a rich and vital part of the process where everyone benefits when you share, and you get to know the other amazing people in our group.

My Intention
My intention is to provide a fun, powerful, and life-changing experience that supports each one of you in more fully receiving your inner fire in a way that cultivates optimal health in body, mind and spirit. My intention is that this will support you in reconnecting with and fully knowing at a deep level the creative Light Being that you are. This or something better for the highest good of all concerned.

Breath feeds the fire. Fire feeds the breath. We are
basically breathing Light. All of Life is sourced by the Sun.
The oxygen and prana emerges from the Light that was
transmuted into form and BREATHES us.

The Sun is our shining STAR that gives us Light.

The Sun is the Light that feeds us.
All Life comes from Light.

It’s time to reclaim and reintegrate the Light of your Being.
In doing so, you set a foundation for optimal health and
wellness at all levels. Deflecting, rejecting, dismissing,
overcompensating etc. are symptoms of not claiming your
own Light that can manifest in imbalances in the fire
element in your body. As you claim and honor and open up
to your Inner Light, you allow it to be fully integrated into
your system and cells for optimal health and vitality. This
week’s Creativity Exercise and Practice will support you in

Simple Summer Tips• Stay hydrated. Water is the container for Fire. If you get
too dehydrated the fire further dries out the tissues of your
body and sets the stage for inflammation and fall and winter
colds.
• Drink limes on hot summer days instead of lemons. Limes
are cooling. Lemons are warming.
• Use coconut oil on your skin, which is also cooling.
• Use aloe to soothe burned skin.
• Focus on cooling summer foods. Sweet, bitter and
astringent tastes are cooling. Most sweet summer fruits are
cooling. Many greens and raw vegetables have bitter and
astringent tastes.
• Stay relaxed and enjoy this beautiful season
