Your Monteverde® writing instrument is guaranteed against mechanical failure due to faulty materials or workmanship throughout the life of the original owner. This warranty does not apply to accidental damage of writing pens and nibs, damage from abuse, or damage resulting from improper service or repair by any other than the Monteverde Repair Department, or an authorized agent.

If found to be defective, your Monteverde® writing instrument will be repaired or replaced when returned to Monteverde’s repair department or that of an authorized agent. Any product that is no longer in production, and cannot be repaired, will be replaced with a comparable Monteverde product.

Used fountain pen nibs and refills of any kind are exempt from this warranty.

Monteverde® certifies that all Monteverde® writing instruments undergo a quality inspection at the point of final assembly in Canoga Park, California, USA.

A single pen may consist of several components from different countries. Some of the resin comes from Italy, while many nibs and refills are made in Germany.
