We represent over 1,500 elected trustees who

MTSBA’s Personnel Services can help districts with human resource issues and collective bargaining. Our goal is to always put students needs at the forefront of these issues

Human Resources

MTSBA provides its member with access to legal staff who are well versed in state and federal laws that impact schools.

MTSBA helps to ensure that all of it members meet policies and procedures that are required by law. We provide our members access to model policies and procedures, as well as provide districts with any assistance they may need.

MTSBA assists it members in finding the best superintendent for their districts needs. We believe that only school boards should have the right to determine who is best to lead their district.

MTSBA provides key training for school board members that helps to improve their performance. We provide training opportunities through several mediums such as free seminars, district trainings and web trainings.
