This subdivision is located in Alberton Montana, which is inwestern Montana about 75 miles from the border of Idaho. The large sprawling town of Missoula is located less than 20 minutes away. Alberton is located approximately 20 minutes from Missoula. Missoula is the home of The University of Montana. It has had tremendous growth southward over the past years. The local infrastructure has proven not to support the high growth that the south region of town has experienced.
