The history of our company has startedin 1990, when the production was started inour original headquarters in Ceska Skalice.The first product for the health care sector was

made in 1991, it was the Walking assistant U-1 that is afterseveral development modifications still in our product range.Starting in 1992, adjustable beds for care and hospital facilitiesbecame the main part of our production program.

The period of dynamic development of production for healthcare started in 1995 when our company transformed into a Ltd.company. This year also brought substantial expansion of productrange in beds and also other products such as trolleys, bedsidecabinets, mattresses, bathroom products, etc.

In 2000 we first saw dynamic progress in company growth thatuntil today reaches tens of percent each year. Eventually theproduct range was extended with scale of products for specificbranches. In this period the number of employees was 20 to 25persons, currently the company has around 85 employees andseveral tens of external cooperators and suppliers.

Together with the technical, functional and design developmentof our products, we also understood the need for improving

the control management and particular processes running inthe company. For these reasons we gradually introducedthe quality management system according to ISO 9001:2000and later also ISO 14001:2004 standards. We are continuouslyupgrading ecological parameters of our products which wasregarded in 2005 by entitlement to use the “Environmentallyfriendly product” trademark and the related “Czech quality”trademark issue by the government of the Czech Republic.In 2005 our company was also included in the group ofcompanies entitled to use the trademark “Czech product”.

Our products are continuously tested by authorized bodies andtheir usable and functional characteristics are documentedby appropriate certificates. All our products fulfill all relevantand valid Czech and European standards, all products have CEcertificates. Many foreign customers from EU countries as wellas outside EU repeatedly put their trust in our products, wehave direct or indirect representation on many markets abroad.

Our company emphasizes on development of our products basedon our inventions but at the same time we try to implementimprovements based on the experience and feedback fromour customers. In case of interest we are ready and ableto fulfill specific requests and requirements of our customers.

We are holders of following certificates and users of mentioned registered marks.
