1 In the desk review it was notice that the work order for the sub

scheme has been issued on 01/02/201 havin!

0/0*/201 from its commencement date i"e" 0*/02/201+ butin the monthly pro!ress report of the e,ecutin! department the

date of completion is sent upto 0/0*/201-" .pon inuiry

from the relevant staff of the & (epartment+ they were

unable to 3ustify that why the sub scheme was under e,ecution

phase and no action was taken by the department to restrict the

contractor so as to achieve his tar!et within the permissible

limit.It is recommended that the e,ecutin! a!ency must

3ustify that why such slackness had been observed in the

completion time period and no action has been taken on

such time overrun"

4he scheme is in pro!ress and the tar!et date of completion is

0/*/201- as per A(5 20161-" Allocation for compact

scheme for 78 920161-: is Rs; 22"00 9 thick which has been

erroneously shown in the photo!raph as ramp thickness" i!ht

breaka!e of the ed!e of ramp at manhole has been rectified+ and

steel !ratin! will be installed over the manholes"

D 4wistin! and bul!in! was observed in the R column

of the !ara!e havin! a -> offset at the lower section

while a $"$> offset at the upper section as shown in

photo!raph+ makin! the section to have a reduced load

takin! capacity and the with e,posure to failure"

4he increase in offset of the column at upper section was

due to over6concretin! as a result of shutterin! problem and

same has been rectified at site"
