4epartment Buner the concerned staff includin! the the su

di&isional officer was re"uested to furnish the material test

report of the su$ect scheme also they make it sure that the

test reports will e made a&ailale to the 4,5 5ffice

,alakand 4i&ision till 16thof 7anuary 281 ut they failed in

!i&in! practical shape to the re"uest forwarded. #t is

recommended that non 4estructi&e Tests e applied on all thematerials under the trained staff of 9-T :eshawar.

;aoratory test are ein! carried in routine for e&ery

work alon!3with field tests and &isual e%aminations

of the material. All the necessary tests ha&e een

done and record is a&ailale for &erification. The

test reports were not a&ailale at site and instruction

has een issued to field staff to maintain separate

file for all laoratory test at site and copies thereof

will e a&ailale to ,- at site in future.
