CPR

•Today in CPR we did the handshake greeting. I think most of the class was pretty tired because they sounded groggy.

•We also talked about how we would help Mrs. Mores throughout the day. And lastly we reviewed our schedule for the day.

Art

•Today in art we were making dolls from pipe cleaners and tin foil. We cover the pipe cleaner outline with tinfoil and then we cover the doll in plaster and paint it when it dries.

French :)

•Today in French we learned more words. some of the words were review and we played around the world in french. French was more fun than usual the engagement of everybody was awesome!

Literacy :-)

•Today in Literacy we got our new Geo-Bees and we Silent read because today was only a 15 minute class and we did not really do that much.

Math + -

•Today in math we had Chatham as a sub for Elizabeth. We did classwork and Aidan and I finished all of our work and our homework. Math was loud... Probably because Chatham was there.

Recess

•During Recess most of the kids played football. But I was on the pavement because I did not bring my boots or snow pants.

•Today was -5 at Recess chilly.

Lunch

•For Lunch we had spaghetti with tomato sauce. One of my favorites. We talked about Fantasy Basketball.

Writing ~~~

•Today in Writing we started with a 7 min. write. The prompt was, “If you were a fish what would be your bait?” after that we were either free writing or sharing our 7 min. write with an elbow buddy. (someone next to you)

Social Studies (Ooka Ooka)

•Today in Social Studies we started class by reading some of our book, Maroo of the Winter Caves. Then we talked about our project. Our project is a map of Africa that we have to label with landmarks and cities.

End of Day

•We packed up did our jobs and said goodbye. And we ended our day to go home.
