02:00 Saturday 4 to 02:00 Monday 6 November Reference: STN 1480 Work: Configuration 8 Buses replace trains between Hornsby and Wynyard via Gordon. All City Circle trains run in one direction only, from Central first stop Museum.

Customers travelling to Circular Quay should change at Wynyard for a bus. Buses also replace T1 Northern Line trains between Chatswood and Epping via Macquarie University. T1 Northern Line trains run to a changed timetable between Hornsby and the City via Strathfield,

running around the City Circle, from Central first stop Museum. An all-stations shuttle train service runs between Berowra and Epping via Normanhurst, departing

stations from Berowra to Asquith up to 4 minutes earlier than the normal timetable. Bus routes 7CC Town Hall, Wynyard and Circular Quay (one direction only) 20T1 Milsons Point, then Wynyard and return 21T1 Chatswood, then all stations to Wynyard and return 22T1 Chatswood, then Artarmon, St Leonards, North Sydney then Wynyard and return 23T1 Hornsby, then Waitara, Pymble, Gordon, Lindfield, Roseville, Chatswood, then Wynyard and

at Ashfield. T1 Western Line trains make an extra stop at Ashfield. Homebush trains will continue to stop at Ashfield. From 21:05 Saturday until 06:00 Sunday, some Homebush trains will not run. Campbelltown

trains run to a changed timetable, stopping all stations between Homebush and the City Circle.


Tuesday 31 October and Wednesday 1 November Each morning from 00:30 until 02:00 Reference: STN 2169 Work: Illawarra Junction – Sydenham Buses replace the 00:34 Sydenham to Liverpool service. T4 Eastern Suburbs & Illawarra Line trains run from Central to Sydenham, making extra stops at

Erskineville and St Peters. Bus route 7T3 Sydenham, then all stations to Liverpool and return

Monday 30 to Thursday 2 November Reference: STN 1573 & STN 1578 Work: Sulphide Junction – Adamstown Nightly from 22:30 until 01:10, buses replace trains from Newcastle Interchange to Morisset. The last train leaves Newcastle Interchange at 21:32 and arrives Central at 00:29. Buses start at Newcastle and leave stations Newcastle Interchange to Dora Creek up to

60 minutes earlier than the normal train timetable. Trains run from Morisset to Gosford or Central, some to a changed timetable. Nightly from 22:10 until 03:50, buses replace trains from Morisset to Newcastle Interchange, then

continue to Newcastle. The last train to Newcastle Interchange leaves Central at 19:15 and arrives Newcastle Interchange

at 22:03. Trains run to the normal timetable from Central to Morisset. N187 is the first DOWN train to be bussed from Morisset at 22:10 N190 is the first UP train to be bussed from Hamilton at 22:33 Bus routes 31CN Newcastle, Queens Wharf, Civic, then all stations to Morisset and return 32CN Newcastle, Queens Wharf, Civic, then all stations to Broadmeadow, then Cardiff, Fassifern, Morisset and return

This weekend a combination of capital works programs, major periodic and routine maintenance will take place. Some of the work scheduled is as follows:

- Sydney Metro Northwest stage works - 2017TT OHW Upgrade stage works - Hornsby Junction Remodelling Project stage works - Bridge Decking works on Sydney Harbour Bridge - Turnout Renewal of 53B Gordon - Turnout Refurbishment at St Leonards - Drainage works at Killara - Track Reconstruction at Central Platform 18 - Rerailing works at Lindfield - Embankment and Cutting works at Various Locations - Squat Rerailing at Various Locations - Rail and Turnout Grinding - Plain Track and Turnout Resurfacing - Overhead wiring, signal and track inspections and other preventative maintenance - Corridor Presentation: vegetation maintenance and graffiti removal at various locations
