haMaM More than 800 years ago, a bathing culture evolved in the Ottoman Empire whose consummate form

was Hamam. This aimed to purify both the body and the spirit, strip away everyday concerns, loosen

your head will be washed in a traditional manner, than your body lathered several times and scrubbed,

The SPA-ROSA is a smoke-free zone. Please respect its ethos of rest and relaxation, and refrain from using electronic devices during your stay here.

The SPA-ROSA welcomes both day guests and residents from the age of 16. Our younger SPA guests should always be accompanied and supervised by of their parents.

Please wear non-slip bathing shoes throughout the SPA-ROSA complex. Please wear suitable clothing and clean gym shoes whenever you use the fitness area.

We will be happy to provide you with a secure locker for your clothing and valuables, but would ask you to appreciate that we can accept no liability in this regard.

Out of consideration for other guests, please do not leave clean towels on furniture to reserve your place.

For environmental reasons, please use towels responsibly. The sauna is the only area where nudity is permitted. Please note that under-16s are not permitted to use the saunas and equipment areas.

Please show consideration for other guests by not allowing your children to play with toys in bathing areas at the SPA-ROSA.

We recommend that you report to the SPA reception in good time before your treatment is due to begin, so that you can relax while checking in, change into comfortable clo-thing and/or a bathrobe, or enjoy a shower.

Our team will be happy to provide you with additional information about the treatments and products you have selected at any time.

Most of the products used in our treatments are available from the SPA reception, which means you can continue to enjoy your SPA-ROSA experience when you return home. We will be happy to assist you in making your selection.

We advise you to book early, so that you can schedule your treatments for the times that suit you best.

To ensure your treatment is as successful as possible, please provide our colleagues with an indication of your state of health when making your booking. Contrain-dications might include high blood pressure, allergies, pregnancy or the use of photosensitising medication. Our team can be trusted to advise you accordingly.

If you find that you are unable to attend your session once you have booked, please let us know at least 12 hours in advance and we will be happy to re-schedule or cancel without charge. The full fee will be payable in the case of later cancellations. We hope you will appreciate that if you arrive late, your session will end at the scheduled time and cannot be extended, as this might inconvenience other guests.
