• Joined Open Text LTD.• Working with Level 3 team providing support to Level 2 on customer tickets (customer issues with

the Add-on product – VIM (Vendor Invoice Management system).• Involving working on FICO, SAP Workflow configuration and on Add-on Modules (VIM).

o Focusing on: Customer satisfaction, often working with customers via remote session or on their

system via SAP Solution Manager secure connection, often debugging in systems. Working closely with the development team solving product bugs and new features.

• Often checking customer SAP FICO configuration, debugging in ABAP modules and system logs and SAP/Open Text table contents to diagnose to problem some time under pressure for quick solutions for very high priority tickets. If the issue occurs out of working hours, all this is performed with the knowledge that there is no other assistance available (as development team does not support out of hours).
