Key responsibility:

Preparing Work Shop Drawings and Working drawings and Bar Bending Schedules.

Preparing technical, Drawings and material submittals.

Coordination between construction and engineering teams, Architectural, Structural Mechanical and

Electrical departments, ensuring that the construction requirements are conveyed to the engineering teams and

that the engineering deliverables satisfy the construction requirements.

Preparing the construction method of statements with construction personnel.

Preparing Quantity Surveying Sheets and specifications.

Prepare the monthly reports of all projects including and not limited to cash in/out.

Project: expansion of holy haram (Security Building-Plot3).

Project Description: avery large scale Tower consist of 24 Floor (4 floors underground and 19 floor

above ground plus helipad) this tower is linked to holy haram by two underground tunnels to facilitate

movement and arrival of the soldiers to Haram in case emergency.

Total plot area: 10,216 m²

Contract Budget: 99,711,371 S.R (approximate).

Project: Madinaty Project special building Department (New Cairo)

Project Description: That project total area is around 40 million m². Phase one contains more than 463

multi-story building and 1105 villa its areas between 300- 650m²-Open Air Malls-Schools-Administration

buildings.

Key achievements: Coordination drawing for 4000m³ Transfer Slab.

Rigging plan for 10 Tower Cranes.

Coordination for 800 ton steel structure shuttering system.

Co-ordinate between Architectural Drawing, Structural Drawing and (HVAC, Electrical, PG, Civil &

Landscape) Drawings.

Handle the Technical issues at the site.

Monitoring works including (Request for Information, Proposals, Contractor Drawings, Variations, etc…)

Review Subcontractors workshop drawings and submitted to Consultant for approval.

Preparing all As-built Drawings.
