Responsible for recruiting all members “ Personal Skills “ Responsible for recruiting delegates for the session ofLIMMIT SEATS Responsible for• Quality and Development (Q&D) { 6-8 } Observing and documenting members needs and progress. •Downstream: President deals directly and assigns tasks to all Vice President. Vice President deal directly with the heads of committees Head of the committee deals with his/her committee members directly. Vice president deals directly and assigns tasks to members under certaincircumstances• Upstream: HR member will report the HR head with progress performance of thecommittee, within one report every two weeks, and then the HR headprepares a general report for STP progress (2 copies for president and vicepresident). Members of every committee deal directly with the heads of the committeefor feedback, tasks, needs…etc. Heads communicate the information or issue by Vice‐ president, he mustbe informed first.

Reward & Punishment System •For The

Members: Every two tasks didn’t arrive in time takes one black point One meeting absence without any excuse one black point.two meetings without excuse equal warning/Three meetingswithout excuse firing (Meeting absence system will be controlled through "strikessystem" that will be introduced to the committee by the HRmember) One task not to be made without excuse one black point.

•About unfinished tasks there where the follow situations: if the person couldn’t do his/her tasks so ….. if he/she didn’t call his/her head before dead line so it’ll count for unfinished task . if he/she calls his head and the head didn’t help him/her so there were no be punishmenton the member but there will be BLACK POINT on head if he/she calls his/her head and the head helped and the member couldn’t finish it so therewill be a new assignment ( might be a task ) and he/she must finish booth tasks in the newdead line made by the head and the old tasks count for unfinished task. if person didn’t know his task if he/she didn’t know and his/her head didn’t make sure the member got all what they hadto do so the problem on the head ( no BLACK POINTS or anything ) but he must takecaution next time and distribute the task wisely if the member know his/her task but he/she said that not got anything he/she will havepunishment on behavior

Members: •The behavior will not be a rule because we are an SEG’s members and must be an example for others but if that happened there were be a payment for each behavior mistake(5 pound)• Behave rudely in meetings, booth, sessions, two black points• Discussing problems in front of students, in sessions and booth two black points• Performing Tasks in booth and sessions without the ID and forget it one black point• BLACK POINTS will gained to person on the way to scare them about this particular something and motivate them to not do it again

•And will gain on the following: smoking or drinking during meetings when load the voice on discussion or having verbal fight onhigher position or member from same/other teams when cross the plan of member-head behavior when not be an active member if late on meeting or anything without excuse ( counts withmarks ) when cause a problem with other in this case will gain 2BLACK POINTS

Reward & Punishment System •For The Heads: Members must be told by their tasks in events and sessions 2 days beforethe time. Members must be told by meeting time 2 days before the meeting if not,the members have the right not to attend with no black points to membersand one black point to the executive and head. One black point for each undelivered task from the heads or executives tothe officers. Four black points from the officers to the head and executive will beordinary members for a specific period of time and the vice will be thecommittee leader. Any of the heads, executives and officers that break his/her position jobdescription to another position will get 2 black points.

Reward & Punishment SystemNOTE:• BLACK POINTS will prevent members from getting theircertificate from SEG “at the end of the season" and might becontrolled be preventing from SEG sessions and events.• 3 black points, HR member and committee head make aclosed meeting with that member to see the problem andtrying to solve it.• 5 black points, the executive and the head of the committeehas the right to fire that member.• Any firing decision in any committee must be consulted by the HRCommittee and sponsored by the President of the chapter.
