    MODULAR MANIFOLD VALVES

Tate Andale ModularManifold ValvesTate manifold valves are of modularconstruction, saving time and money atboth the design and installation stages. You get the advantages of design anddimension standards for both simplexand duplex manifold valve arrange-ments, cross valves and angle valves.Unless otherwise specified, dimensionsand details of valve service in this mod-ular valve section are for Tate Andalestandard modular valves.

Advanta ges• Low pressure drop• Simplified layout of piping systems• Stop and/or stop check valve service• Minimum possibility of errors• Reduced manufacturing costs• Pattern costs eliminated• Variety of body and trim materials• Shorter manufacturing lead time• Welded or flanged construction• Dimensionally compact• Unlimited range of sizes, connections

    and arrangements

    MODULAR MANIFOLD VALVES

Standard materials for the welded man-ifold assembly are cast steel, stainlesssteel, and bronze. The approximateweights shown above for the manifold

body are in steel, and include thebutt weld pump connections andflanged tank connection. For bronzeadd 10% to the total weight.

Tate Andale modular valves with stan-dard dimensions are combined to makemanifold and cross valves to your speci-fications. All Tate Andale modularvalves have lower pressure drop thancommercial valves.
