Uncheck facility
• Once checked in tickets cannot be changed.
• However an Uncheck facility is available up to one day before departure via the Call centre only - subject to opening hours.
• Uncheck fee – UWCI - charged per person per sector.
• Name change fee charged per name per booking.
• Same name must be used on all sectors.
• No changes if checked in however can be unchecked via Call centre for a fee.
• Changes can be done via Web and Call centre up to 4 hours before dept or Airport up to 40 minutes before.
• Some exceptions apply – see name change scenarios.
Name changes
• Flight change fee charged per person per sector plus any fare difference – Seasonal and selected route rates apply.
• Time, date and route can be changed.
• No changes if checked in however can be unchecked via Call centre for a fee.
• Changes can be done via Web and Call centre up to 4 hours before dept or Airport up to 40 minutes before.
Flight changes
• Death or sudden life threatening illness of immediate family member.
• Letter of proof – Change flight free of charge for passenger and travelling companion(s)
• No letter of proof – Change flight and charge fare difference only (waive flight change fee). Advise the passenger to send a letter of proof to Ryanair Customer Services department for a full refund of the fare difference paid.
Emergency returns
• Available to passengers who arrive to the ticket desk up to one hour after flight departure.
• Move to next available flight subject to a missed departure fee of €110 per person per sector.
• Passengers who arrive later than one hour after departure will be required to pay for a new ticket.
