1. Not to fixate on a minimum of 15 kids per club. 2. Three instead of 4 sessions. 3. Space out the sessions so we dont feel hurried
planning and recruiting. 4. Showcasing the intramurals program at the
beginning of the year to keep students and parentsmore informed.
5. Bring back interscholastic sports with a
modified intramural program. 6. Define intramurals to the communityis it
sports or academic clubs? 7. Reduce the sessions from 2 hours to 75 to 90
minutes.

Alterations to a make up schedule for cancelled clubs. Bring back interscholastic sports. Offer more options each session.
Get the clubs featured in the yearbook. Better communication about the programs. Injury prevention and proper coaching. Lower the activity fee expense. Transportation issues. Give parents an avenue to get involved in the
program at their childs school. Equity of programs offered at each school. Increase the stipend for sponsors to foster more
involvement by coaches.
