    Pre Inspection Check List (Prior to start)

    Radiator :

    01. Mounts are secure [ ]02. Clamps on Hoses tight. [ ]

    03. Drain Plug is tight [ ]

    04. Water in Radiator [ ]

    05. All the Belts are tight. [ ]06. Pressure Cap is tight [ ]

    07. Fan Blades to Guard clearance equal [ ]

    08. Fan mounting are tight [ ]

    Engine / Alternator:

    01. All Guards are secure [ ]

    02. Clamp on Hoses tight. [ ]

    03. Air Cleaner is properly mounted [ ]04. Fuel Line Diameters are correct. [ ]

    05. Fuel Lines are secure and no leaks. [ ]

    06. Fuel System Installation correct.. [ ]

    07. Vibration Isolators are properly mounted.. [ ]

    08. Lube Oil in pan to correct level. [ ]09. Exhaust Clamps tight.. [ ]

    10. Exhaust System Installation correct. [ ]11. Adequate Ventilation.. [ ]

    12. Engine Breather pipe been extended out of Radiator. [ ]

    13. Oil Filler Cap is secure and tight [ ]14. Main Alternator Cables are tight & correct [ ]

    05. All the control cables are installed & tight.. [ ]

    08. Operator Interface Module checked [ ]

    09. Motorized Breaker operation checked [ ]

    10. Emergency Stop/Remote Button operation checked [ ]11. Bus Bars are tight & correctly installed.. [ ]

    12. Mains power Supplied for PLC Battery charger. [ ]

    13. Out Going Breakers are set correctly.. [ ]

    Final Inspection ;

    Engine/Alternator/ ATS/ Paralleling Panel:

    01. Lubrication Pressure in range [ ]

    02. Coolant Temperature in range.. [ ]03. All the gauges are working.. [ ]

    04. Checked for leaks [ ]05. Coolant Chemical Valve open [ ]06. Electrical Parameters are checked. [ ]

    07. Phase Rotation is correct [ ]

    08. Checked for Abnormal sounds/smell. [ ]09. Tested all the Breaker operations.. [ ]

    10. Load Transfer/Re-transfer is correct. [ ]

    11. Load Sharing is correct. [ ]12. Load Demand is set.. [ ]

    13. Cooling Run is checked/set [ ]

    14. Start Delay is checked/set.. [ ]

    15. Tested all the Breaker Tripp operations. [ ]16. Tested with Available Load [ ]
