Hi I’m Walter Coleman, and I spent 30 years of my life smoking. Take it from me, smoking negatively effects your life Smoking causes your lungs to be coated in a black tar. It causes your lungs to shrink in capacity to hold air. Smoking is the number one cause of lung cancer. Smoking costs an average of $130.00 a month to keep up with the habit! I have spent many years fighting lung cancer and recommend you don’t start smoking.

When it comes to saying no to drugs, we don’t need to worry about our youth as much as we think. Most young people disapprove of their friends using marijuana. The 2010 National Survey on Drug Use and Health showed that 83.3% of teens (4 out of 5) disapprove of their friends using marijuana. The majority of young people believe there is a great risk in smoking marijuana. Also, the 2008 National Survey on Drug Use and Health showed that more than half of all young people surveyed reported a great risk of using marijuana once or twice a week.

We sleep on the floor with one wool blanket. I would like to go to school one day to become a doctor.”
