Turn off the water supply.The pluming installation must comply with Water SupplyRegulations/Bye-laws, Building Regulations or anyparticular regulations and practices, specified by the localwater company or water undertakers. The installationshould be carried out by a plumber.Before installation carefully inspect the new fixture for anysigns of damage.This product complies with GB 24977-2010.

B. Install Washbasin Cabinet

Install the services.Hot (H) and Cold (C) inlets must be connected to the correctinlet pipes.Install the drain in accordance with the manufacturer'sinstructions.We suggest using P-trap drain. Connect P-trap pipe withwashbasin drain.

Make sure a watertight seal exisits on allwashbasin drain connections.

Provide access to the plumbing connectionsfor future plumbing maintenance.

The hot and cold water supplies must be installed withisolating valves.

1.1. Mark the position of hanged bracket and wall boltaccording to dimensions as illustrated, and loosen thesuspension hook of washbasin cabinet.

Avoid the cables and pipes inner set whendrilling in the wall.

Different types of bolts are required for differentdecoration boards. Please apply suitable bolts and plugs.

2. Drill holes for fixing the bracket and bolt. Using a level toensure that the hanged bracket is level.

3. Use suitable plugs and bolts, and fix the bracket and bolton the wall. Fix the bolts supplied with the vanity on thewall. Each bolt shall be 65-75mm out of the wall.

4. Install adjustable feet first if needed.

MODERN LIFE 1200mm cabinet is equipped with middlesupport foot. Fix the foot onto wall as shown in Fig.4. (Besure to use the metal expansion screw supplied.)

6. Fix faucet and drain according to their installation

instructions.

7. Fix onto wall.a. Lift the cabinet and vanity by two people. Align the vanity

hanging hole with the bolts on the wall. Make the boltsthrough the vanity hanging hole.

b. Hang the two back wall clips onto the pre-fixed bracket onthe wall.

c.c. Adjust the cabinet and vanity level. Put the cabinet against

the wall by adjusting the screws of wall clips.

d.d. Drill holes on the wall according to the holes on the cabinet

back board, insert expanding dowels and then fix cabinet

onto wall with screws supplied.

8. Connect water pipe and drain by professionals to ensure

there is no leakage.

decoration boards. Please apply suitable bolts and plugs.

9. Adjust the screw with the wrench supplied to lift the support

foot and make sure it is firmly attached to the cabinet bottom.

The support foot is the important part that must be

installed to prevent the cabinet from descending. It must be

firmly attached to the cabinet bottom (use the wrench until the

screw is completely tightened.)

e.e. Open the cabinet door and the drawer. Fix the bolt

according the vanity installation instructions. Before that ,

please apply silicone sealant onto the contact surface of

the vanity and the wall.

6. Please do not sit, lean or step on the basin cabinet.

7. If any fixtures caused by abnormal reasons, Kohler Chinacan supply paid replacement for service parts caused byabnormal reasons as shown in the Service Parts Page inthe limited duration of warranty.

Many cleansers contain abrasive and chemical substancewhich is not suitable for cleaning stainless steel, enamel,plating or plastic products. You may use mild cleansers orsoaps to clean the surfaces. Wipe any splashes of cleanersolutions from the surface with clean soft cloth.

Maintain ventilation in the bathroom, and separate the dryarea from the damp one if conditions permit. Try to openthe door and windows of the bathroom and maintain goodventilation.

Kohler bathroom cabinet are dealt with strict proceduresfor damp-proof, whose good damp-proof function ensuresgood performance even in bathroom of huge humidity. Yetdo not splash and pour water directly on the bathroomcabinet. Make sure that the bathroom is not over dampand wipe any splashes from surfaces immediately.

Maintenance of door board: Clean and wipe door boardregularly, and wipe the condensation vapor with dry andsoft cloth.

Ensure that electrical connections for appliances such ashead lamp is insulated wipe mirror surface with chamoisregularly to guarantee the persistent excellent performance.
