(Modecor) plant is the first lamination manufacturing operation of its kind in the Middle East and GCC markets. Modecor manufactures and markets Decorative Laminates, Thermo Fused Melamine Faced Panels (MDF and Chipboards), Laminated Flooring and Melamine Edge Bands. Modecor manufactures its own resins, with its own impregnation facilities from VITS-Germany for both phenolic and melamine decor paper. EDGEBAND (Melamine and PVC)
MODEedge, Modecor offering melamine and PVC edgebands matching to all Modecor panel and laminate decors. Melamine edgebands are available without or with pre-applied hot melt glue based on the customer requirements. PVC edgebands are available without glue.
Melamine edgebands are available in rolls of 50m and 100m with width of 20-60mm and thickness of 0.3mm. PVC edgebands are available in rolls of 50m and 100m and width of 22mm and thicknesses of 0.5mm and 2.00mm.
MODEedge is flexible materials suitable for finishing the exposed edges and completes furniture edge perfectly.
CONTINUOUS PRESS LAMINATES (CPL)
MODEflex, postforming grade laminates in roll forms from 0.16mm to 0.5mm thickness with a width up to 1310mm and customized length up to 600m.These flexible laminates are ideally suited for postforming over very tight radii designs.MODEflex has very good postforming qualities.By virtue of its composition, MODEflex gives resistance to mild acids, detergent, solvent, hot & cold temperature as well as dirt and light.MODEflex with an additional surface protection MODEshield is available to enhance the scratch and wear resistance properties for special application.
DECORATIVE POSTFROMING LAMINATESMODEform, postforming grade laminates suitable for horizontal general postforming (HGP) and vertical general postforming (VGP) applications.
MODEform is available in a thickness range of 0.4m to 1.0mm with a width up to 1320mm and customized length up to 6000mm.
MODEform gives resistance to mild acids, detergent, solvent, hot & cold temperature as well as dirt and light. MODEform with an additional surface protection MODEshield is available to enhance the scratch and wear resistance properties for special application.
DECORATIVE LAMINATES
MODEpal, standard grade (HPL) laminates are suitable for most horizontal and vertical flat surfaces applications. Available in various textures and wide range of attractive colors. These laminates can be bonded by permanent adhesive like Urea, PAVc and other contact type glues.
MODEpal are available in sheet forms of 0.5mm to 1.2mm thickness, width of 1220mm and 1300mm, and customized length up to 6000mm.
LAMINATE FLOORINGModecor is the sole laminated flooring manufacturer in the GCC and Middle East markets. Modecor laminated flooring is produced by using the state of the art German technology and German raw materials.
Laminated flooring by Modecor is available in wide range of colors and surface textures and wear resistance grade of AC3 or AC4. Easy to install without glue, easy to maintain and clean with a warranty up to 30 years.

مودي إيدج، توفر موديكور أحزمة الميالمين و الـ بي في سي التي تتناسب مع جميع ألوان ونقشات ألواح موديكور. تتوفر أحزمة الميالمين
بناءا على طلب العميل بدون صمغ في اإلستعماالت الضخمة مثل المصانع وغيرها ومع الصمغ الساخن الذي يمكن استخدامه بصورة
مسبقة وخاصة مع االستعماالت الصغيرة في مجاالت النجارة. وتتوفر أحزمة الـ بي في سي بدون صمغ.
تعرض موديكور أحزمة الميالمين على شكل ربطات بأطوال من 50م إلى 100م وبعرض من 20ملم حتى 60ملم وسماكة 0.3ملم. و كذلك
تعرض أحزمة الـ بي في سي على شكل ربطات بأطوال من 50م إلى 100م وبعرض 22 ملم وسماكة0.5 ملم و 2.0 ملم.
تعد أحزمة مودي إيدج من المواد المرنة والقوية التي تتناسب مع جميع مواد التشطيب المختلفة.
(HPL) ألواح الديكورمودي بال هي من ألواح الديكور النموذجية المناسبة للعديد من المسطحات األفقية والعامودية، وهي متوفرة بعديد من النقشات
واأللوان المميزة. كما يمكن لصق هذه األلواح باستعمال الصق دائم مثل اليوريا و PVAc وغيرها من المواد الالصقة األخرى.
تتوفر مودي بال على شكل ألواح تصل سماكتها من 0.5 ملم إلى 1.2ملم، وعرض 1220 ملم و1300ملم وطول مرن يصل إلى 6000ملم.
MELAMINE FACEDPANELS (MDF and Chipboards)
MODEpan, thermo-fused melamine faced pre-laminated MDF/Chipboard panels; these are excellent materials for horizontal & vertical surfaces and designed for the new age.
MODEpan is available in a standard size of 1220 x 2440mm and other lengths like 3050mm and 3600mm are available on request, the thickness range is from 3mm to 38mm.
These are also available in option of 1-face melamine and 2-face melamine for special application if required MODEpan panels are used by the furniture industry for all types of home, office furniture and other interior and architectural work. The production of flat panel furniture has never been easier without our MODEpan.

تتوفر مودي فورم بسماكات مختلفة تتراوح ما بين 0.4 ملم إلى1 ملم مع عرض يصل إلى 1320 ملم و طول يصل إلى 6000 ملم وفقا
لطلب العميل.
تتمتع هذه األلواح بحمايات إضافية بسبب طبقة مودي شيلد الوقائية والتي تم تصميمها لمقاومة اإلهتراء والخدوش.

LAMINATE FLOORINGINSTALLATION
INSTALLATIONStart the installation in the left-hand corner of the room with the tongue facing the wall. Use spacers to secure thecorrect expansion gap. The planks are assembled by putting the tongue into the groove of the installed plank at an angle of approximately 30 degrees by pushing the plank gently down to lock the joint. Start with the short side joint and place the long side as close to the installed plank as possible. After the short side joint is assembled, gently lift up the long side joint and press it into the joint before you angle it down. Install the planks in order according to picture 8. The off-cut from cutting the last plank in one row is used to begin with in next row. Ensure that end-joints are more than 200mm apart. Continue this way during the entire installation.
PREPARATIONSThe floor should not be glued or fixed to the subfloor or walls in any way. With the climatic changes, the flooring will expand and contract very slightly, therefore a minimum of 5-8 mm expansion space should be left to walls, thresholds, pipes and other fixed objects. An expansion profile must be used in door openings, angled rooms, returning corners in corridors and if the flooring is longer that 12m or wider than 8m. The subfloor must be dry (max 60% RH, at 18°C), even(3 mm/2m; 1.2 mm/0.25 m) and clean. If you have under-floor heating, please speak to your retailer. Parqe can be installed on vinyl, linoleum, wood and ceramic tiles. Remove textile carpets and underlay before installing. On concrete floors including those with vinyl tiles installed, first place a 0.2 mm polyethylene film with an overlap of 200mm. Check that the planks are without defects and undamaged before installing.

IMPORTANT! For a good end result and validity of the warranty: • Store your Parqe floor flat in unopened packages at normal room temperature for at least 48 hours prior to installation.• The Parqe floor is to be installed as a floating floor. Make certain the correct distance from the walls is maintained (5-8 mm gap).• Do not install the floor in wet or damp rooms, such as bathrooms or rooms with a floor drain.• To help protect the floor, a doormat should be laid inside all external doorways.• Use felt pads on furniture legs to prevent scratching.
For normal cleaning, use a vacuum cleaner without the beater bar and when necessarya damp mop with some mild detergent. Never use any wet or steam cleaning equipment. Never sand, wax or polish the flooring Stubborn stains may be removed with methylated spirits or similar and cotton wool.
Parqe floors have such a hard, dense surface the dirt finds it difficult to leave its mark, which is why vacuuming and an occasional swab with a mild detergent and a damp mopare sufficient to keep your new floor clean and fresh. It is always a good idea to use doormats at doorways opening to the outside to prevent sand and dirt to come on to your Parqe floor.
Stains from coffee, tea, grease, fruit juices and most items found in a home are easily removed with a damp cloth. Stubborn stains from felt pens, nail polish and crayons can be quickly removed with a little nail polish remover, spirit or acetone.
Always use felt pads under furniture legs to prevent cratches from protruding nails or grains of sand which may have got imbedded between the floor and the furniture leg. Lift heavy furniture while shifting, never drag it.
WARRANTYParqe floors are very durable and meet the various demands as required by the European Norm for laminate floors – EN 13329. Depending on the product you have finally installed they also meet the class of use described in the literature which accompanied your product and this warranty is applicable for the period specified there.
Given below are the salient features of the warranty that Modecor offers for residential use against wear and staining. Please check against the actual product installed by you for the correct duration of the validity of this Warranty.
“Modecor warranties this floor’s laminate surface will not wear through for the specified period in years”.
This warranty is only valid if the flooring has
been used for indoor general domesticuses (other than in a bath room, laundry, toilet or any other area subject to damp and moisture) and if it is laid and used in accordance with the instructions which accompanied the product.Equally, this warranty does not apply ifthe floor’s laminate surface is damaged as a result of:
To claim under this warranty you should submit your claim to Modecor within 30 days of the damage occurring.
A claim under this warranty may only be made by the original purchaser of the floor.
If your claim is accepted for compensation, Modecor is free to choose whether to repair the floor, at no cost to you, or supply new flooring material, as compensation for the damaged flooring material. Modecor reserves the right to decide whether the damage is covered by the warranty. If the original pattern is no longer available, Modecor will replace it with another pattern of equivalent value.
The warranty does not mean that Modecor has any liability to you for any other fault or damage, other than the types explicitly mentioned by us in this warranty, in particular any consequential loss; however it does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. For this warranty on your new floor to be valid, it must have been laid in accordance with the laying instructions, which accompanied the floor. If an accident does happen, and you scratch the floor or end up with severe mark, which is not covered by this warranty, you can always replace an Individual floor plank with a new one. A specialist should however, carry out this job.
Modecor reserves the right to inspect the floor and to take samples for technical examination. Other conditions may apply.

Never wax, sand or lacquer your parqe laminate floor.Nor should you use any harsh abrasives, wire wool or similar cleaning agents on it – you don’t need them to get your floor clean. Cleaning – agents such as soap should also not be used, as soap leaves an oily film on the floor, this film hover does not damage the floor and canbe wiped off witha damp cloth.

أرضيات الميالمين الخشبيةالتركيب
تحضير التركيبال يجب تثبيت األرضية بالغراء. سوف تتمدد األرضية مع تغيرات درجة الحرارة لذا ينصح دائما بترك مسافة )5-8( ملم بين السطح
والحائط أو أي شئ مثبت في األرض، كما هو الحال مع جوانب الغرفة أو فتحة األبواب والخارج.في حال زاد طول األرضية عن 12م وعرضها عن 8م وتحتوي على نظام تدفئة أرضية فيجب أن تكون األرضية جافة ومعدل درجة حرارتها 18 درجة مئوية، وتأكد من ترك مسافة ما يعادل 3 ملم لكل مترين 1،2 ملم لكل ربع متر، ولمزيد من المعلومات يرجى
اإلتصال بالموزع. يمكن تركيب ألواح أرضية باركيه لجميع األسطح كالخشب والفنيل واألرضيات المشمعة والسيراميك، ويجب إزالة الموكيت والقماش منها قبل التركيب أما في ما يخص األرضيات األسمنتية الفينيلية فيجب وضع )0.2( من شريط البوليفيلين
بسمك 200 ملم مع التأكد من صالحية األلواح وخلوها من األضرار أو العيوب قبل التركيب.
تركيب بدون أي مواد الصقة وسوف تحصل على أفضل النتائج بسرعة وسهولة.
التركيبنبدأ دائما بالزاوية اليسرى للغرفة وحافة التركيب
تكون مقابلة للجدار مع التأكد دائما من وضع مسلفة بين الجدار واألرضية لكونها قابلة للتمدد.تركيب القطع بزاوية 30 درجة وتدفع بسهولة إلى
أسفل حيث تقفل تلقائيا، نبدأ دائما باللوح القصير ونثبت به اللوح الطويل مع ما يناسب شكل
السطح وتناغم األلواح ويمكن إستخدام اللوح المقطوع الزائد مع بداية كل صفة.
إضغط الحواف قبل حنيها لألسفل ثم ثبت األلواح بالترتيب كما هو موضح في الشكل رقم 8،
وتستخدم الحواف من الجانب المقطوع لبداية الصف التالي مع التأكد دائما أن نهاية كل حافة
أكبر من 200 ملم.
تعليمات هامة! للحصول على نتائج مرضية وتضمن لكم
المحافظة على صالحية الضمان:• احفظ أرضيــات باركيه في صنـاديق مغلقــة
بوضع أفقي وبدرجة حرارة طبيعية علـى األقل 48 ساعة قبل التركيب
• يجب التركيب على سطحيـــات نظيفـة مع التأكد بأن المسافة بين األرضية والحائـط

العناية والصيانةتتمتع باركيه بأرضيات صلبة ومتينة يصعب
على األوساخ التغلغل من خاللها أو ترك أي أثر عليها فمكنسة أو قطعة من القماش كافية
لجعلها نظيفة وبراقة، وينصح بإستخدام منشفة أرجل أمام منافذ الغرف لمنع الغبار ر األوساخ من
الوصول إليها.
بقع القهوة، الشاي، العصائر أو الدهون أو أي بقع يسهل مع باركيه تنظيفها مع قطعة من
القماش وحتى البقع العنيدة منها مثل الحبر، صبغ األظافر واألقالم يمكن إزالتها بسرعة بمواد
تنظيف خفيفة وعادية.
كما يحبذ وضع قطع حماية على أرجل األثاث وذلك تفاديا للخدوش كما يجب رفع األثاث عند تحريكه
وتجنب سحبه على األرضية.
الضمانإن أرضيات باركيه تدوم طويال فمنتجاتها تطابق
EN المواصفات األوروبية والتي تتضمن مواصفات13329 لصناعة األرضيات الخشبية، إن إختبارك ألي
منتج فانك لن ترضي ذوقك بل ستحتفظ بضمان وجمال لفترة طويلة.
تمنح شركة موديكور ضمان لمنتجاتها ضد اإلستخدامات المنزلية مثل الخراب واألوساخ،
فالرجاء التأكد من أن المنتج المركب لديك يطابق مدة الضمان.
يشمل ضمان موديكور األرضية الخشبية إال انه ال يشمل السطح المركب عليه لنفس المدة
المحددة، كما انه ال يشمل بعض أجزاء المنزل مثل الحمامات ودورات المياه والمغاسل والغرف التي
تحتوي على فتحة مجاري.
كما إن الضمان لن يغطي األضرار الناتجة عن:
للمطالبة بالضمان يجب تقديم الطلب خالل ثالثين يوم من وقوع الضرر، ويقبل الطلب من المشتري
األصلي لألرضية فقط في حال تم قبول طلبك بالتعويض سوف تحتفظ شركة موديكور بحقها
في تقرير ما إذا أرادت إصالح األرضية أو تعويض المتضرر بأرضيات جديدة دون أن يشمل ذلك
التركيب، كما ستحتفظ الشركة بحقها بتقرير ما إذا كان الضمان يغطي الضرر الحادث أم ال.
سوف تعوضكم الشركة بنفس المنتج إن توفر لديها وفي حال عدم توفر نفس شكل المنتج المتضرر سوف تعوضكم بشكل آخر مقارب له
ومن نفس القيمة.
إن هذا الضمان ال يعني تحمل الشركة ألي مسئولية تصليح األضرار المذكورة سابقا في الضمان بالتحديد، ولكن سوف يحتفظ الزبون
بحقه بالمطالبة بالضمان.
لضمان صالحية سريان هذا الضمان يجب التأكد من أن األرضية وضعت بالشكل السليم المطابق لتعليمات التركيب المصاحبة لألرضية وفي حال
وقوع أي حادثة وقمت بخدش أو كسر أحد ألواح األرضية )هذا ال يغطيه الضمان( يمكن شراء وتغيير
القطعة المتضررة فقط ويجب أن يقوم بالتركيب شخص متخصص.
إصالح األرضية أو تعويض المتضرر بأرضيات جديدة مضمون من الشركة لكل زبون، ولكن ستحتفظ
الشركة بحقها في أخذ عينات من األرضيةللتأكد من صالحية التركيب أو االشراف عليه أو أي
ضمانات أخرى.
