Sr Dr. Wan Maimun Wan Abdullah, CQS, PPRISM Wan Maimun graduated in B.Sc(Hons)QS from UTM in 1981, MBA (Aston University) and PhD (UM). Currently she is director of Khalid Ahmad Architects and sits in the Board of Director of AZSB. Her career in construction industry spans 38 years. She was RISM 49th President and currently she is President of Association of Women in Construction, Vice-President of Association of Construction Project Manager, Chairman of CIDB Construction Law Report and various working committees of CIDB. She was awarded RISM “Malaysian Surveyor of the Year” in 2012 and the inaugural CIDB “Construction Leading Lady” in 2014.

Sr Dr. Ong See Lian, KMN Dr. Ong has an illustrious career spanning over 45 years in both the public and private sectors. He was the Partner of Davis Langdon & Seah, an international practice of quantity surveyors and project managers and its Malaysian associates JUBM Sdn Bhd until his retirement at the end of 2010. He was the President of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia, RISM (2003 – 2004), Chairman of Pacific Association of Quantity Surveyors (PAQS) (2003 to 2005, President of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, RICS (2011-2012) and Chairman of FIG Commission 10 from 2015 to 2018 and was instrumental in the establishment of the BIM for Surveyors workshop series.
Dr Ong is also a multiple awards winner for his contributions to the construction indus-try and the surveying profession including the “Surveyor of the Year” by RISM, “PAQS Gold Medal” by PAQS, “Most Prominent Player in the Construction Industry” by CIDB Malaysia, Gold Award by Board of QS Malaysia, the “David Bucknall Award” by RICS and RICS President’s Medal. He is the current Chairman of the Standard Setting Committee for International Construction Measurement Standard (ICMS)

Sr Sunny Choi Sr Sunny Choi was trained as a builder but has developed his career as a professional quantity surveyor. He has over 30 years' experience in construction technical audit, cost management and contract administration of both construction and maintenance works. He is currently working in the Hong Kong Housing Authority of the HKSAR Government as a Senior Quantity Surveyor. His duties cover cost estimating, preparation of general preambles and reviewing method of measurement, construction insurance, administration of Dispute Avoidance and Resolution Advisor (DARA) system and developing BIM
applications for QS. Sunny is one of the key drivers of BIM applications for quantity surveying in Hong Kong since 2012, and has presented talks to share his experience in BIM and Housing Authority's BIM development in various local and overseas' conferences. He has been the Chairman of BIM Sub-committee of Quantity Surveying Division of HKIS since 2017/18, and was elected as the Chairman of the PAQS BIM Committee in 2018.
