The P100 Trackless StrappingMachine is Samuel’s most versatileand economical strapping machine.Completely portable and verycompact, this table top style strappingmachine requires only six feet of �oorspace, yet can strap virtually anyshape or size of product bundle orpackage that can be placed on themachine. The P100 is made to handlea wide variety of packaging applica-tions including: corrugated cartons,lumber, metal and plastic tubing,paper, as well as soft, fragile pack-ages or materials. It is especiallyproductive for low volume applicationswithout sacri�cing andreliability. The P100 will automaticallytension, heat seal, cut the strap, andimmediately pre-feed for the nextapplication. Optimum PerformanceThe P100 is a trackless, automaticfeed, completely portable, strappingmachine that is made for low volumeapplications.The operator positions the packageusing the simple, but accurateadjustable stops. Strap feed can beadjusted to consistently pre-feed thedesired length of strap. A simple tugon the strap-end will release additionalstrap for the occasional largerpackage.The strap is positioned around the package and inserted into the strapping head. The P100 does the rest.The strap tension on the P100 easilyadjusts up to 150 lbs (667N). Thestrap operation permits application ofup to 16 polypropylene straps perminute.
