Why?

Costume: casual party clothes that will go with my music genre of being R&B and hip-hop. These are types of clothing that we would expect to see in a magazine of this genre.

Props: expect to have alot of “bling” and jewellery. Modern bags and accessories. Model will wear make up that stands out.

Location: places which associate with R&B and Hip-Hop, like graffiti and studios and even gigs and concerts with flashing lights.

Why not?

Costume: clothing that we would usually find on classical magazines as they are too formal to be featured on an R&B music magazine.

Props: not associated with R&B, are either to do with classical magazines; harps, pianos and violins or rock magazines; electric guitars, black heavy make-up, and bright red lipstick.

Location: opera houses or theatres are not associated with R&B and are to do more with the Classical magazines.
