MOD 2Label Applicator

The Moduline 2 feeds a label onto the vacuum

tamp pad where it is precisely held. In the semi-

automatic mode, the Operator places a product

into a fixture to ensure consistent product position

and orientation. The Operator then depresses the

foot-switch to tamp the cylinder and precisely

impress the label onto the product surface. The

cylinder then retracts and another label is precisely

dispensed onto the tamp pad to start the next

product cycle.

sturdy tamp system with intuitive controls and

simple mechanics.

With precise web control, electronic controls, optical label detection, and AC stepping motor controlled label drive, accurate label placement is expected and repeatable with minimal maintenance.
