The MOBISPA manufactured by SPANOS are integrated mobile concrete batching plants. The systematic observation of modern construction needs led to the design of flexible, safe and cost-efficient plants, with guaranteed quality backed by highly-acclaimed certifications.

Nowadays more than 70 MOBISPA plants successfully operate in many countries around the globe.

Μinimised Plant Relocation CostMounted on two-axle semitrailers they can be transported from one jobsite to the next by means of an ordinary two-axle tractor.

Easy Transport Fully compliant with the European traffic code and EU Directives. This means that no special license is needed for their circulation in any country.

Quick and Easy InstallationMOBISPA can be fully deployed within just a few hours from arriving on site, with no need for special infrastructure or specialized crew. They are fitted with all necessary systems, fully assembled and connected for operation: storage, control, weighing, transport and mixing systems as well as anything else that may be required are fully integrated into the plant, thus making them entirely autonomous.

Stability and SafetyTheir specifications thoroughly comply with DIN 15018 HZ requirements as set by T†V Germany. Construction quality is certified to ISO 9001:2008, with manufacturing materials supplied by recognised international firms. The MOBSIPA are fitted with flexible cables rated for external installations and insulation made of high-resilience elastic, along with CE certification.

Production of High Standard, Ready-mixed ConcreteFast cycle timesThe MOBISPA plants produce a certified yield ranging from 55 up to 120m3/hour according to DIN 1045 specifications.

State-of-the-art Automation The automation systems have been custom-designed for automatic management and control of the plants, rendering them compact, functional and efficient. The systems are capable to provide printouts which can certify the final product’s composition. Distance monitoring and diagnosis via Internet is feasible by using the specialized software.

Reliability, After-sales ServiceThe MOBISPA plants are accompanied by comprehensive manuals covering installation, usage and maintenance in localized language, with thorough training of users also available. The company has a detailed code-numbered catalogue of spare parts and offers 24h/7d after sales support.

Registered PatentThe MOBISPA are SPANOS patented designs, registered with the Hellenic Industrial Property Organisation (ÒOBIÓ, patent reg. no. 1006037 & 1005466). Their production is a fully standardized and industrialized process developed by SPANOS.

The only mobile concrete batching plants worldwide that fully meet the criteria for European traffic homologation according to directive EEC 70/156
