How to Enter a Quote

1.Mouse over Products and go to MobileHome Park > New Quote > FL.

2.If this is Resident Owned, click Yes, thenNext Page.

3.Using the Calendar icon , select theEffective Date.

4.Select the Form of Business from thedrop down:

Corporation

Individual (DBA)

Individual

Joint Venture

Limited Liability Company

Partnership5.Enter the Applicant’s:

Name

Mailing Address

Indicate if this is within City Limits(Y/N)

6.Enter the applicant’s:

Coverages11. Select your General Liability

Coverages from the drop down:

300,000 Occ/600,000 Agg

1,000,000 Occ/2,000,000 Agg

2,000,000 Occ/4,000,000 Agg

12. In the Additional Coveragessection, select any additional coveragesthat have been requested.

13. Terrorism Coverage is checked bydefault. If it is not wanted, uncheck thebox and click Next Page.



Locations14. To add locations, click the

Locations icon .

15. Enter the address of the locationand click Update.

16. Enter the attributes and click Next.

17. Answer the following Yes/NoLocation Questions:

Size of Park: Less than 25 spaces

Size of Park: More than 100 spaces

Ratio of Park owned rentals: Lessthan 15% capacity

Ratio of Park Owned Rentals: 50%or more of capacity

Age of Park: Less than 11 years

Age of Park: Over 25 years

Physical Features: Paved streetsand full lighting

Physical Features: Unpaved streetsand no lighting

Ratio of Camper Spaces: 50% ormore of capacity

Ratio of Camper Spaces: 10% orless of capacity

18. The screen will update with the

new location. Use the Location iconto add more as needed.

NOTE: You may use the icon to edit and the icon to delete a location.

19. Once you have completed addingall locations, click Next Page.



Location Coverages20. The Location Coverages page

allows you to add the liabilityexposures, as well as otheradditional coverages.

21. This page defaults to the firstlocation.

22. Click Additional LiabilityExposures.

23. Click the Add Exposures icon .



24. Select the exposure that bestdescribes it from the drop down.

25. Click Update.For a full description of each LiabilityExposure, please see page 16.

26. Click Done.



27. If you would like to add additionalcoverages, such as MiscellaneousOutdoor Property, click thecorresponding link.

28. To add a record, click the iconas shown.

29. Using the drop down, make yourselection.

30. Enter the Limit, Description ofExposure, and click Update.

31. Click Done.



32. Click Next Page.

33. Once you have added thecoverages for the first location,click the second location as shown.

34. Add any additional liabilities andclick Next Page.



Adding Buildings to aLocationYou may attach multiple buildings to eachlocation.

35. Click the Add Building icon .

36. Here you may assign building risksto your locations that you haveentered on page 6. Select thelocation from the drop down andthe address will populate.

37. Add additional information andclick Update.

38. Once you have completedassigning the buildings to thelocations, click Next Page.



Building CoveragesHere you may add additional buildingcoverages. This page defaults toLocation/Building 1.

39. Make your selections as required.

40. To add coverages to otherLocations, click the links to eachone as shown.

41. When you have completed thecoverages, click Next Page.



Total PremiumThis page may take a moment or two toload.

42. Review the premium and selectNext Page.

Non-Binding QuoteA Non-Binding Quote will display.

43. Review the quote and click NextPage.



Underwriting QuestionsReview the questions with the client andfill in answers. For information on theUnderwriting Questions, please see page21.

Billing Plan SelectionMake the payment selection and click NextPage.

NOTE: The quote will be sent to Underwriters for review. Once approved, you will receive anemail notification. At that time you can retrieve the quote (shown on page 14), enter thepayment option and submit the application.

Policy Processing

Searching for a Quote

1. From the main Web site, mouse overProducts, then move to MobileHome Park > Quote Search.

Searching by Quote Number2. Select the type of search you like, in

this case, Quote Number.3. Type the quote number in the field4. Click the Next button.

You will see icons next to the quote:

will print this quote

copies the quote

allows you to do further work with thisquote

deletes the quote

5. If you Print the quote, the Non-Binding Quote will display. You may

click the PDF icon to send this tothe printer



6. Editing the Quote will let youcontinue and unfinished quote, ormake adjustments as necessary.

7. Deleting the quote will give you awarning message before the action istaken.

Searching by Individual NameSelect Individual Name, and enter theLast and First Names into the fields andclick Next.

You will see icons next to each quote:

To search for an existing policy, mouseover Products and move to Mobile HomePark > Policy Search.

Searching by Policy NumberEnsure Policy Number is selectedEnter the Policy Number into the field.Click Next.

Click the icon to print this application.

In the top right hand corner there is a PDF

Viewing an Application

To view this application, click the icon.

Searching by Name1. Select Individual Name.2. Enter the Last Name and First

Name.3. Click the Next button.

The Search results will display.Next to each policy, you will see twoicons:






Click the icon next to the appropriatepolicy to print the desired application.

Searching by Business Name1. Select Business Name.2. Enter the First Business Name and

Last Business Name (if applicable).3. Click the Next button.










Searching by PropertyAddress

1. Select Property Address2. Enter the address in the required

fields. You may enter a partialaddress here.

Navigating the View Policy Screen

On the right hand side of the policy view,there are a list of options:

Claim Information

Payment Information

Refund Information

Coverage Information

Document Information

Transaction History

Forms History

Forms and Endorsements

Make Payment

Report Loss

Upload Files

Clicking any of the Information links willprovide the corresponding information, ifany.

Selecting the History links will provide theinformation, if any is available.

Clicking Forms and Endorsements willprovide that information, if it is available.

To make a payment, click Make Paymentand submit the appropriate information.Then click Update.



Reporting a Loss1. Click Report Loss

The Loss Report screen will display.2. Select the Primary Type of Claim

from the dropdown.3. Enter the Loss Date and Time4. Select who this loss was reported

by.

5. Select the reporting method6. Enter the first and last name of the

one reporting7. Indicate if this is the business name8. Enter remaining contact

information

9. Enter the contact information of theInsured as shown.

10. Enter the description of the loss11. Select the Type of Loss from the

drop down12. Indicate the location of the loss13. Select if an authority responded,

the name and case number14. Click Next Page



Adding the Claim1. To add the claim, click the icon next

to Claimant List.

2. Enter the claim information and allcontact information as shown.

3. Click Update.

Adding a Witness1. If you would like to add a witness,

click the Add button as shown.

2. Enter the Witness Information:

Address

Phone Numbers

Email Address3. Click Update, then Next Page



4. If this claim is related to acatastrophe, select it from thedropdown.

5. Click Next Page

6. You will receive a Claim ReportConfirmation. Record the ClaimNumber and Adjuster informationand click Done.



Uploading Files1. To upload a file (i.e. photographs,

documents, etc.), click Upload Files.

2. Click the Browse Files link.



3. The Select Files window will open.4. Highlight the file you wish to

upload and click Open.

5. You will see the file name of whatyou selected on the right hand sideof the window.

6. Click Upload.

7. You will see an upload confirmationwindow with a number.

8. If you wish to remove this file, clickthe Remove link just to the right ofthe file name.

9. Click Close.
