Assessment

• 50% Coursework

– Design, write and demonstrate a game for the mobile phone

• 50% Exam

– Timetabled for weeks 14 or 15

– Mainly on the lecture content, though any part of the course is fair game (e.g. directed study or tutorial work.)

Teaching Pattern

• Weekly class contact consists of a two hour lecture and a two hour tutorial.

• You should expect to spend twelve additional hours a week in independent and directed study.

• Lectures will support the tutorials, but there will be only a weak coupling.
