To create a New Account (if you have not previously created a Username and Password) Enter the required information (Email, Username, Password and the answer to general question). All fields marked with “*” are required. Select “Create.” Note: Be sure to record your Username and Password. You will need these to access your

account each time you wish to apply for additional positions or to update your account.

Each applicant must have a unique JobOpps account, with a unique username, password and email.

Do not use another person’s username, password and email to apply for a job as this could result in your application being rejected or an inability to score a test.

Do not create more than one JobOpps account. Exam scores will be associated to only one account.

If you have forgotten your username and/or password, click on the “Forgot Username” and/or “Reset Password” links located on the applicant login screen (on the Apply tab).

Click CREATE to begin creation of your JobOpps account.

Choose the attachment type which most closely represents the type of document you are attaching (transcript, license, cover letter, resume, etc.).

You have two options to add attachments:

1) If you have a document you wish to attach already saved in as a file or in a folder, you may upload the attachment by clicking “Upload” and selecting the appropriate document from the computer.

2) If you have attached documents to previous applications, only the most recent 15 attachments will be available to add to your current application. Click the circle shaped button to the right of “Upload” and you will see any documents available for attachment to the application you are currently working on. Select the document(s) you wish to attach to THIS application. Repeat this step until each desired document is attached.

You may scan and attach any additional documents, as needed.

If you have other attachments which are not available as the most recent 15 downloads, you will need to scan and attach EACH of these to your application. Be sure to review each application thoroughly and attach desired (and required) documents to EVERY application you submit.

Where possible, combine attachment pages into one document. For example, a three (3) page transcript can be scanned into one document (meaning one attachment), rather than three (3) separate attachments.

NOTE: Be sure to check and update attachments such as driver’s licenses, certifications, etc. when they expire. Only those documents attached at the time of submittal will be considered. An expired licensure or certification may result in disqualification.

Answer each question, scrolling down as needed to move to the next question.

All required questions are marked with a “*”. These questions must be answered prior to submitting your application.

Be sure to read the information at the top of the Questions page for details on completing this section of the application. Once all required questions are complete, click Proceed to review at the bottom of the screen.

You will now be able to view your full application for the position selected.

***Be sure to review the application carefully and attach all required (or desired) documents (for example: college transcripts, driver’s license, certifications, DD214, etc.), to EACH application. ***

Once the application is submitted, IT IS FINAL. No changes can be made and no documents can be attached to an application after it is submitted.

When your application is complete and all required and/or other documents (college transcripts, driver’s license, certifications, DD214, etc.) have been attached, scroll to the bottom and click Proceed to Certify and Submit.
