- Yellow Mobile reorganized the share structure in order to create synergy between subsidiary companies for mobile

contents and community business.

- Yellow Mobile sold 1KM, a subsidiary company to Malang Studio to make it the sub-subsidiary company.

- KT focuses on platform development rather than Home IoT products.
