wHEREAS, this Memorandum of Agreement acknowledges that the implementation ofthe program is a joint responsibility of the TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND SKILLSDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (TESDA) Davao City/Sur Provinclal Qffice, the BUREAU OFJAIL MANAGEMENT & PENOLOGY. To ensure its effective implementation, the followingduties/responsibilities shall be undertaken by the respective offices/agencies/organization;

a) Provisjon of technical assistance in formulating the curriculum designintended for technology based community training programs in MassageThe[apy and Hairdressing

b) Proiision of trainers and shoulder the honorarium of the trainers in theTBCTP

c) Monitoring and evaluate program implementationd) Prepare Training Certificates to the trainees who successfully complete

the program

a. ldentification / recruitment of trainees for technology based communitytraining program in coordination with TESDA Provincial Officeb. Conduct orientation, briefing, and nurturing of the trainees/scholars

c. Supervision, monitoring and recommend measure to improve, strengthenand sustain the programd. Provide counterpart assistance (e.9. training venue, supplies /materials,meals and accommodation of the trainers) during the conducl of thetechnology based community training programs in Massage Therapy andHairdressing
