AFP-Minnesotas 2013 Economic Freedom Scorecard
The 2013 Economic Freedom Scorecard includes 2,500
individual votes rom all 201 Minnesota state legislators on
issues important to economic reedom.
Priority legislative issues areas include Budgets and
Spending, Energy and the Environment, Health Care andEntitlements, Labor, Education and Pensions, Property
Rights and Taxes. Legislators were scored on their vote asit relates to AFP-Minnesotas stated position. All votes are
weighed equally and a missed vote by a legislator doesnot directly impact his or her score. Final scores or each
legislator are determined by their percentage o votes castwith AFPs position.
We encourage our activists to review and compare howtheir lawmakers voted and hold them accountable or their
support o or opposition to economic reedom.

cate and promote limited government, lower taxes and more reedom. We have over 19,000 activists
