Quality, Skill and Superior Standards There’s a big difference between promising a delivery and delivering what’s promised.

At Micro Machine Company, we have provided precision parts and personal service to our customers for more than 40 years.

Throughout those years, our customers have come to realize that the most demanding

jobs are successfully completed only where skill and superior standards are the norm – where there is a true commitment to excellence. At Micro Machine Company, technology is an important component of our success, but it is not the only one. We blend technology with a high-level of attention to detail and craftsmanship by our trained and dedicated professionals.

On the shop floor, our experienced machinists maintain personal commitments to the

notion of zero defects. This is ingrained in the culture of our entire organization from top to bottom. No one at Micro Machine Company takes these commitments lightly – from our Office Staff, through all phases of Engineering, Production, Quality Assurance, and all the way through to our Shipping Personnel. Together, they plan, they coordinate, and then they commit to deliver, respecting the time required to achieve quality.

Our quality standards and procedures allow us to offer the precision you need at the competitive costs you demand – from concept and prototype through production. Our products are engineered, processed and finished to your exacting standards.

History of Micro Machine Micro Machine Company was founded in 1964 by entrepreneur and inventor William

Walker, known for his Walker Downriggers (used for Great Lakes salmon fishing) and an electrical surgical knife. This medical device caught the eye of an investment firm and in 1988 the company was purchased and current owner Larry DeHart was brought on as Operations Manager. Larry brought with him fifteen years of experience in the Aerospace industry and implemented that industries “best practices” philosophy. That philosophy together with the medical industry’s GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) “lifestyle” permeates through everything we do here at Micro, culminating with our ISO certification.

For the past 10 years Micro Machine Company’s growth has been a result of our unrelenting attention to detail and our strategic alignment with some of the Orthopedic industry’s most recognizable OEM’s. To keep pace with our growth and our customers’ demands, in 2005 we expanded our facility and our capabilities. We added a 9,000 square foot addition to our Kalamazoo, Michigan manufacturing plant and added significant Wire EDM, CMM, Laser Marking, and Passivation equipment to further compliment our CNC Milling, Turning, and Finishing capabilities.

These technologies and investments will ensure the future of Micro Machine Company. A future, even more successful than our past, as we continue being one of the industries best and most trusted contract manufacturers of complex assemblies and devices.
