Mongolian universities educate morethan 100 professional visual artists per year.In Mongolia it is hard for emerging youngartists to nd or afford an art studio in orderto create works and become recognizedby the arts community. Therefore, for newartists access to a work space or studio isextremely important.

In order to support young talented artists, the ACMs Red Ger Art Gallery with supportof Asian Art News initiated a project calledthe Red Ger Artist Residency Program.
