All cancel lation requests will be assessed a $75 admin is tra tive fee. There will be no refunds for cancel lations made less than one month prior to the start of the con ference. Instead a “certificate of transfer” will be issued, redeem able for any Podiatry Institute con ference of equal price or as partial registra tion fee on any higher price confer ence. The certifi cate will be valid for a period of one year from date of issue. NO cancel lations or trans fers will be accepted within two weeks of the start of the conference.
