DOWNLOAD AND LOG-IN

Download the MLB Ballpark app

from the iPhone App Store or the

Google Play Store.

Open the app and create an MLB.com account

or log into a current MLB.com account. For

ease of use, using the same email address as

your Membership email address will be

best, but not necessary. Make sure to select

Atlanta Braves as your favorite team!


LINK TICKET ACCOUNT

Link your Membership ticket

account with your MLB Ballpark app.

From the SunTrust Park home screen, tap

“Tickets” located on the top right. Tap

“Link Account” and enter the email

address associated with your

Membership. A veri�cation email will be

sent to your email to con�rm. A�er

veri�cation, you will now be able to

manage your tickets easily from within

the app. You can even send tickets to

friends via email or text message. It’s that

easy! Continue to the next step for details

on sharing your tickets.


SHARE AND MANAGE TICKETS

Now that your ticket account is

linked, it is easier than ever to share your

game and parking tickets with other users

of the MLB Ballpark app. When you have a

ticket pulled up, tap the “forward” icon on

the bottom le� hand corner to send

tickets to your clients, friends or

family via text message or email address.

This email or link will prompt your

recipient to accept their ticket through

the MLB Ballpark app.


MERCHANDISE AND CONCESSIONS DISCOUNTS

Scan your ticket’s QR code at select

concession stands and merchandise

stores to receive your discount.


MEMBER BENEFITS AND DISCOUNTS

Your next steps will allow you to make the

most out of your A-List Member investment.

• A-List Member ID Card: Access your ID card

in order to receive discounts at select stores

in the Battery as well as your account ID

number and service representative

information.

• Braves Memories: Use your Braves

Memories points to redeem for

bobbleheads, autographed memorabilia,

batting practice passes, seat upgrades, and

other unique A-List member experiences.

New o�erings will load into your app 48

hours prior to every homestand.

• A-List Member HQ: Allows you to view your

pro�le and check your points balance.
