Conclusions
• BTVs provide very precise measurement of kick waveform
• The kick used for LHC beams is just within the spec of 1 % ripple
• For LHC operation the MKE4 kick should be made longer, similar to CNGS, and the last part of the kick to be used after further measurements– Reduce ripple seen by the beam– Less stress on the clipper switch
