FDP 301X: Workshop on Mentoring Educators in Educational Technology
This course journal reflects on the three main concepts mentioned in Programme:
Learning
Reflection
MentorShip
Thus, this course journal contains a record of my learning experiences while doing the
above-mentioned course. The main goal of any course Journal is to tell others what you
know, what you understood, what you think, and what you believe in the clearest possible
terms.
The course titled “Mentoring Educators in Educational Technology (MEET)” is the third FDP
course for teachers. In this course, the participants start with exploring the TPACK model,
analyse the design of FDP 101x and 201x based on TPACK model, mentor the participants of
FDP 201x in the creation of OER content and design an FDP as Team activity. Thus, the three
terms

For these Office hours are scheduled - 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Thursdays and Fridays for the
first three weeks (17 & 18 May, 24 & 25 May, 31 May & 1 June) - will be used to facilitate
virtual discussion on the course content there by updating the resources and activities for
the course will be updated every three days till June 1, 2018.

Moodle site created as a team to include the LeDs in the form of videos and ppts as
material, the LbDs in terms of Quiz that includes Knowledge Quiz, Assimilation Quiz,
Reflection Quiz, LxTs, LxIs along with discussion
forums for the LxTs and LxIs, Survey forms, Feedback forms, Progress Bars for monitoring
the completion progress of students and License.

After successful completion of this course, the learn able to
1. To understand Learning Management system "Learn Moodle"as a topic of Faculty Development Programme (FDP).
2. To recall different functions and activities carried out with Moodle interface
3. To explore and know different activities of moodle like creating course, editing section, creating assignment, creating quiz etc.
4. To create a practice course in the Moodle with different activities
