M&K Acquisitions purchases Gleukos Sport Drink Clackamas, OR——M&K Acquisitions announces its asset purchase of Gleukos, Inc., the all-

natural sport drink company.

Gleukos expects to more than triple sales in 2009 with the addition of new distributors

Distributing. The company will execute a private placement in the next 30 days to fund

additional growth.
