MJCC l Find Yourself at the J

Happy summer everyone!

By now, the weather is warming and we’re all getting excited to spend some time outdoors. Time outside means shorts and t-shirts for many of us, so keep those arms and legs toned for summer in our Cardio Fitness Center. Its lower level location and air conditioning make for a cool workout while you work up a sweat in the summer months.

Staying cool in our pool is another way to beat the heat of summer while keeping fit and healthy. Whether you like to swim laps, let your kids play in the water or work out with the Stingrays, summer swim team there’s no better way to keep you cool and avoid the crowds at the public pools.

Have we mentioned that our Sportsplex is climate controlled? Need a way to play volleyball or soccer indoors this summer to avoid the glaring sun or occasional rain shower? Never fear, the Sportsplex is air-conditioned and our new turf is ready for action. You can’t help but score by playing at the J!

Lastly, we hope your children are excited about spending a summer in the MJCC Day Camp. Our camp is unparalleled in activities, creativity and fun. Great counselors, use of the campus and tons of outdoor fun means that your child will be happy to get out of bed in the morning. Plus, available extended hours means that working parents have a great place for their children to safely play for the day while at work.

This summer, we hope you Find Yourself at the J!

Warmly,

Jordana F. Levenick MJCC Operations Managerp.s. Don’t miss our free Kajukenbo & BODYPUMP® fitness demos. See page 12.
