[Features]

(1) Suitable for systems that control light load devices, i.e. LED indicators. These modules use transistor output that generates less leakage current when output is off. Since the output leakage-current is small, it prevents load devices that operate at small currents, such as LED indicators, from malfunctioning (the leakage current is 0.1mA or less when the output is off).

(2) The AJ65SBTB1-16DT3, AJ65SBTB1-32DT3 and AJ65SBTC1-32DT3 are suitable for systems that require high-speed response. These models respond to input within 0.2ms at power on/off.
