    An entrepreneur is one who creates a newbusiness in the face of risk and uncertainty for the

    purpose of achieving profit and growth by

    identifying significant opportunities andassembling the necessary resources to capitalizeon them.

    We made our survey on 10 potentialentrepreneurs and 2 existing entrepreneurs.

    our survey found that 90% potentialentrepreneurs who wants to do their own

    business. On them, 40% has the second choiceto work in private sector.

    SKILLS & ENTREPRENEURIALCHARACTERISTICS:

    In judgment of the skills of potentialentrepreneurs our survey found maximum people

    has average skills as their saying incommunication, presentation, conflictmanagement, problem solving, interpersonal,time management, networking skills etc. existing

    entrepreneurs has that skill strongly.

    Existing entrepreneurs has all the entrepreneurialcharacteristics that they already showed in theirbusiness. Potential entrepreneurs also think that theyhave those skills which are still not showed in reality.

    Approximately 100% of potential & existing entrepreneursadmire people who want start a own business and theyencourage their friend to do that. Many of them think togive second chance who failed on first chance. They donot scared to develop their new idea. Potential

    entrepreneurs has agree that entrepreneurs contributepositively in social life.

    Both of them claim that they are involve in small businessfrom the past.

    MOTIVATION FACTORS FOR BOTHENTREPRENEURS:

    Both of them have these same factors that motivate them tobe an entrepreneur.

    Make more money. Freedom to adopt own approach.

    To lead and motivate others. Achieve a better position in society. Make an idea or innovation happen. To be own boss.

    Personal achievement.In our survey we found only 20% potential entrepreneurswho already think about their own business to start.

    Both types of entrepreneurs requires financialassistance

    Both existing entrepreneurs able to access of

    funding to bank. Some Potential entrepreneurs start to saving astheir secured sources or try to have loan fromtheir family for business.

    There are many existing entrepreneur in ourcountry who have no high education but havelots of skill to run their business. Some of them

    didnt know what they have as skill orcharacteristics, but they going to their way tosuccess of business.

    When we did our survey on potentialentrepreneurs, we noticed that many of themanswering with their imagination. But they didntknow whether they were correct or not.
